Remarks

College is good. Every where there are pros and cons. Same with this college. It's early phase for the college so it's facing little difficulty. It's overcoming all the difficulties in a positive attitude. Good luck for the students joining the college. Wish them a happy life here

Course Curriculum Overview

3.5

Curriculum is good. A little bit enhancement needs to be done. Industry related subjects needs to be introduced. Exam structure is very hefty. A lot of exams which are of no use. A technical graduate should possess theory as well as technical knowledge

Placement Experience

3

Placement were 50-50. Few companies came to college. 30-40% students got placement. Mostly BPO type companies came, so I appeared in Off campus drives and got places in EA games later on I joined Infosys. Internships are ok if students got their chance. College support for it. I got trainee system engineer as internship at Infosys for 6 months and stipend was about 15000

College Events

3.5

Shivaji Jayanthi, Onam, Dussehra, several sports Festival. National holidays, regional festivals, Blood donation camps. Flash mobs for various cause. Freshers party was an exceptional event. Engineers day was celebrated most enthusiastically

Fee Structure And Facilities

Fee structure was moderate. Student used to get good scholarship or they used to get reimbursed as per their family income. Good student always got support from administration for fee. Fee was never a challenge for the students

Fees and Financial Aid

College provides scholarship for the home state candidate with govt support. Other state students get little fee adjustments. For loans college had tied-up with central bank of India. This tie up gives students easy access for loans.

Campus Life

3.5

College always supported overall growth of students. They provided all the possible labs with all required equipments. They always approved the requested extracurricular activities. They provided basketball, volleyball, cricket and football courts. Even they gave badminton court facility

Hostel Facilities

2

I opted for hostel facilities. Being a north Indian, adjusting in South Indian environment was never easy. Food were of South Indian taste. Hostel infrastructure was good. AC and non AC rooms were provided. Fresh water, sports grounds.

Alumni/Alumna

Skinny network is the thing they recently built. When I was student I never got to know anything like this. After I passed out from college, as per our batch suggestions, now we have a network and we are always ready to support our young students.

Admission

I got admission through entrance exam. I was through the state exam. I appeared in exam, cleared it and got a chance to select the colleges. I chose the above college based on reviews from ex students

Faculty

3

Average to all type of faculty were there. Fee faculty are too good. Few were just to complete the syllabus. They never had an interest to teach or guide the students. Good teacher were always ready to support and guide
