Remarks

Over my college and college life was decent. I have enjoyed my four years alot and yes i have done my study well too. Thankyou everyone for your support and guidance.

Entrance Preview

I have IIT and UPTU entrance exam. Didn't get selected in IIT however in UPTU i have got decent mark and the manage to get the seat in FGIET as it is gov college so i preferred FGIET.

Course Curriculum Overview

It includes Computer Science, Maths Java, Data Structure. Mostly cover entire area of Software engineering. Apart from this LABS for various subjects.like physic chemistry.

Internships Opportunities

I have done my internship for IIT BHU varanasi and i was working on a networking project. The stipend offered to me was 8000 per month. It was full of fun and i have learned alot.

Placement Experience

In my college so many reputed IT MNC came for the campus recruitment. Infosys: 3.5 LPA, Wipro: 3.39 LPA, Cognizant : 3.19 LPA, HCL : 2.8 LPA.

College Events

Anual functions , Sports days, Computer games, Quiz and cultural functions all were the part of college events. Apart from these C and java quiz were also there.

Fee Structure And Facilities

As i mentioned it was an government college so the fee structure was quit less in comparison to other private college of UPTU. That was also one of reason for joining this college.

Fees and Financial Aid

No loan facility has been offered to me by college however i have taken education loans from union bank and after starting my job same has been cleared by myself.

Campus Life

Yes i have only thing to say about this enjoy your life during these four years as these are the most wonderful period of your life.and study hard too.

Hostel Facilities

It was ok ok. Initially food was not good in the hostel but after our effort it was better upto certain level and we enjoyed our four years in the hostel.

Alumni/Alumna

Yes i would like to say that always stay in touch with your alumni because they can help us in every manner either in technical terms or in case we are looking for job.

Exam Structure

It was not at all chilled out . In computer labs we spent hours to understand the basic fundamentals of programming. Other labs was chilled out type.

Faculty was decent however few professor they seriously don't know what they are doing and ruining the future of students as they are not even know the answer of simple doubts.

Placement Experience:

After 6 th semester you are eligible for campus placement. Many companies are comes likes Accenture, Cognizant, Wipro, TCS, Infosys, Tech Mahindra, Cagegimini etc and they offer decent package. Highest package 3000000 and average package 400000 and profile offered as for company required. 80 percentage student get placement. Take a placement in good MNC company.

Actually I didn't research on the placement. But in college campus I saw many boards of placed students and the average package is around 4-4.5lakh per annum.and college data says about 90%of students are placed. I am preparing for both off-campus and on campus placement.

Our college offer good placement it has average placement of 11 Lpa. Highest package of 52 lpa in Google. I choose this course because I want to be a software developer. The faculty are very kind and helpful. Almost every faculty member has completed there post-graduation from various established colleges. The examination scheme is a little bit slow here. Students can pass their semester exams if they are paying at least 45 per cent of their concentration.

The journey of FGIET campus life.

I didn't applied for any other colleges instead of Feroze Gandhi institute of engineering and technology, Raebareli, because the other colleges are very far from my district and they are very expensive. Admission process through the JEE mains Scorecard. No matter how much do get in jee main. Only you have to appear in the JEE Main exam. After that, you can apply Aktu counseling. There is no benefit of reservation....Read More

honest review

I chose this university because I got low rank in JEE mains but in UPSEE exam I get approx 18000 rank. When I joined this college at that time there was an exam called UPSEE for joining colleges of AKTU it was done in first week of June Result and Councelling in july and admission in last week of july. BUT now admission is done through JEE mains. I have preferred this college because I had checked website called as career360 and FGIET was showing as a semi-government college but in real it is purely a private college. Good aspects- you will get good internal and practical marks if you are serious about your future overall result of college is good just because of students, Some faculties are very good.
