Remarks
As you know every coin has 2 sides, in the same this college too has its pros and cons. The college provides good academics along with friendly teachers and senior but the infrastructure is poor and the extra curricular activities are very less.
Course Curriculum Overview
The course available are quite less. The college has just recieved autonomy so the exam dates have changed. The structure now is 60-40 for new admissions. The 60 marks for written test while 40 for Internals which includes presentation and projects.
Placement Experience
The internships are provided in last year. The interview are held after the result of the second last term / 5th term. The internships are quite decent and stipend recieved are like any other college.
College Events
My college focuses more on cultural fest then others. Although many individual department have come together to organise their individual fest. The fest is held by all 5 department and there is lots of fun.
Fees and Financial Aid
The scholarship programme as per now is not known since the undergraduate course doesnt avail it. The loan facility is provided by the college if needed. The college focus upon undergraduate courses whose fees aren't that much for scholarship.
Alumni/Alumna
The senior students are all great and supportive in any respect. The alumni network is good. The seniors are all in contacts with the college and are also invited in fests too. They are very helpful in guiding students.
Admission
The admission criteria for under graduate course is based upon the 12 score. I got admitted by selection process through merit list. A form was asked to be filled and submitted to the office counter and thats it.
Faculty
The faculty are just average in their knowledge for my course/department. Just 2 of them are good while rest all are just average or below average in knowledge. The faculties are supportive and friendly.
