Good aspects - There are placement training classes every week, Machine lab and Electronics Labs are maintained neatly. Professors advice students about upcoming opportunities in this evergreen field. Bad aspects - Computer Labs (MC lab) don't have updated systems they run so slow. Please upgrade it. The admission process is through KCET, Comed-K, Management quota why I preferred this college is because I didn't want to travel such long distances to other colleges. It was approx 2.5 km from my home. It was our neighbours who informed about this college no blog or website users.

The reason why I chose this course was that the competition for a job is really low in this electrical field and it's very challenging to take up this course since many students join computer science and electronics branch. Faculy ratio is very good in our branch. Per semester faculty ratio was 1:45. Qualification of teachers is M.Tech by many and fewer faculties have P.Hd. Term exams were within 4-5 months depending on the semester if it was even semester it was 4 months odd semester - 3 months and exams appear very quickly. Model question paper are life saver during this time.

Semester 6-8 become eligible for placements that too some criteria no backlogs and a good cgpa like 7.0 should be there to participate in the rounds. Companies like H.P, Dell etc visit the campus for placements and there were from amazon too. The highest package offered is 18 lakhs, Lowest is 2 -3 lakhs. Percentage of students getting placed in our branch is about 40 - 50%. Maybe I will try for the government opportunities or IT field where opportunities to learn are high.

The annual fest is Chiguru the most popular one here Books, journals, magazines are available plenty in the college library. No amenities in the classroom except for one projector which was used for slideshows. Sports - Those who are interested participate in it. Otherwise, sit in the classroom and enjoy lessons. There is some sort of charity activity which is driven by computer science students and many branch students indulge in orphanage visits.
