Excellent college

It's a good college overall. Competing with other top colleges in Kochi. Can't say the 1st rank college, but will be in future as it is leaded by an eminent personality, Dr George V Antony, Dean and Director of Fisat Business School.

They follow trimester systems which makes it easier to learn as the quantity per term gets less. Only one specialisation is provided, but we can excel in that field. From 2020-2022 batch, it is proposed to make it to semester system.

Many blue chip companies conduct placement drives very frequently. There are almost 50 companies coming every year for placements. The top companies include KPMG, EY, TCS, Byjus, Berger, etc. At the end of the first year, students are supposed to do an internship of 45 days in an organisation and conduct a study. Some companies provide stipend while some don't. College will help us find good companies for internship, but the responsibility to get in is ours.

Many events are celebrated in our college like student union office inaguration, aagaz, prize distribution function, anual function, dance compition, singing competition and more functions and events are celebrated in our college.

I haven't availed any loans but any bank will provide loans especially Federal bank which is closely connected with the college. Many scholarship programs by the government have come to the college and notified.

There are labs for all the branches of engineering. Sports days are conducted every year participating all the departments. Teachers as well as students can participate in the events like shot put, discuss throw etc.

I haven't seen or heard about any alumni network. None of the alumni members have come for interaction or for helping. But still the students placed in different companies helps us to get into the companies through employee referrals.

KMAT is necessary to get into the admission process. If the necessary cut off mark has been achieved, next step is the application. After applying in the college through online or walk in, they will fix an interview schedule and inform us. Group discussion and personal interview sessions will be conducted and evaluated upon. The best students are then selected.

Almost all the faculties carry a doctorate in their respective fields. Others are masters. The Dean and Director of MBA, Dr George V Antony, has enormous degrees and has many titles. The best teacher award was bagged by one of the teachers in MBA department this year (2019).
