Unforgettable days

It has been my most memorable days unarguably.today i am what i am because of this college. My strength, knowledge all came from this college. Would love to go back and see those things again and again. 10/10 for me, for other lets say 8.

Exam appeared for: All India Engineering Entrance Examination (AIEEE),score: 42, Why: No donation requested by the chairman & college seems to have bright prospects for the students.

The first year was common for all the branches. Second & third year it was mostly electronics and mathematics. Last year was all about industry knowledge & training.

30 days internship from BHEL, Haridwar. We were given admission inside the campus and people used to teach us about the instruments used within the area and we are asked to get more knowledge about the same.

For our batch of 2009, several companies came to our college. Most known names are: Capgemini : 3.0 Lakhs, Satyam: 2.5 Lakhs, Accenture: 3.2 Lakhs, Zenit for Japan: 13 Lakhs

Technical event: Pirates of Computers: All years participate. Robo Challenge: any college can participate Games: Armageddon: Open for all colleges. Freshers party: all year invited

During that period it was somewhat affordable. We paid somewhere around 33k each year. as per GITS site it now 50k for the first year and 37k for the 3rd semester onwards

I have no idea if there were any scholarship program.i dont know if college was providing any kind of loan facility. I did not took any loan.

There were lots of robotics competition and debate. You can catch these events every quarter.Labs were pretty good and big and equipped.Sports were pretty limited to volleyball, basketball and judo. No space available for football and cricket.Gender ratio has always been the strong point. Hostel were quite strict on alcohol stuff, so no big parties.Seniors were very polite and we followed and passed the same.

Mess food was initially good but after sometime you get bored with the same food and start criticising, it is same everywhere so i won't call it bad.thunbs up here.Hostel were always been the most amazing part. No power cuts. wi-fi internet, high speed lan available for gaming, fully air conditioned. water filter washing machines everything available.

we did attend couple of alumni meet. we were able to guide the students looking for jobs opportunities and it had been a nice interaction with everyone.

Exams were not hectic and not so chilled out too. There were decent number of days provided to prepare between two main exams.
