The course curriculum is very good based on recent demands in work field . The exams were meticulously planned to avoid clashing between labs schedule . Ample time was given for preparation. We had mid semester and semester exams with minor tests in between.

Placements are still not up to the mark. The median salary is around 3 to 4 lakhs. There are very few core companies . Internships are offered in many companies. Internship programmes on android apps, ethical hacking and IC engines are also held.

Conferences on women empowerment, symposiums pertaining to different branches and summer training programs are some of the highlights. Annual silambam contest is also held in the college that celebrates the traditional sport of Tamil nadu. Throttles, captcha are some of the technical fests that are conducted.

Fee structure is quite feasible. They charge around 2 lakhs for the course of 4 years. Fees varies depending on the level of graduation. It was 50000 rupees for one year. The students can avail different scholarships.

There are different scholarship options that are available. Sports scholarships are based on national, state and district levels. Academic scholarships was based on the Mark's secured in 12th grade. CE scholarships are extended to the forthcoming years if the student secures 8 CGPA and above. PMSS, First graduate, BC MBC SC/ST scholarships are the other options that are available. There are also loan arrangements for paying the education fee.

We have exclusive calls, counselors and staff devoted to anti ragging and women. Discrimination and exclusion of students are not tolerated by the faculties in any way. Workshops on different fields like automobile IC and education syllabus designing are held.

Both vegetarian and non vegetarian options are available for the students. The hostel fees amounts to about 50,000 rupees for the whole year. There are medical facilities, gym and sports facilities for relaxation. Students are alotted spacious rooms . There are around 500 rooms for boys and 350 rooms for girls with cots , cupboards, tables and chairs.

The seniors were really helpful. Students are heavily advised not to engage in any kind of harassment towards specific groups and races. Gender ratio is almost 1:1. Alumni meet takes place almost every year and they are always approachable and ready to help.

Since I was very interested in building and infrastructure I decided to take up civil engineering. I applied through TNEA counseling .We got a rank based on normalization. It was merit based on 12th grade scores.

The faculty were really helpful throughout the academic journey. They clarified all our doubts before the examination and trained us well for the exams and placements. They also gave us a lot of motivation and tips.
