MTWU, Dindigul, has a lot to give. Being an all girls college, there is a sense of security and freedom. The students live in harmony and the studies are also good. The placement is average and the hostel facility is also good. In addition to that, college has well equipped labs and library.

The course curriculum is up to the mark. In addition to theory, practical lessons are also given. Since it is a technical course practical are a must. Besides the computer labs, the college also provides a well-set library. The college follows the semester pattern. In one year, we have to appear in two semesters. Odd semesters usually occur between Nov- Dec and the even semesters between April-May.

The placement drive happens on and off campus. The placement provided by the institute is average. Almost 65% students get selected in different companies but the package is not enough as compared to what our course has to offer.

The fee structure for MCA in MTWU is feasible as compared to many other colleges. MCA is a three-year course and the fee for each year is 16000Rs which makes it Rs48000 (16000*3) for the whole course.

Since it is an all girls college so it only has female population. We would have once in a month dorm party in hostel, except during the exams. There were some girls from other states as well so, we would sometimes have cultural theme based parties. We had number of workshops held at college which helped us to learn and increase our knowledge.

Yes, I had opted for Hostel. The college offers free hostel facility but it is applicable to only a limited no. of seats. The food and other services were good. If I had to rate the hostel facility, I'll give it an 8/10.

Yes, the seniors were helpful. They helped us from the day one. From sharing their notes to sharing their experience, both academically and socially, they were always ready to help in any way they could.

After completing BCA, I grew more enthusiastic and wanted to learn more about computers. So, I appeared in TANCET and got 60% in the test. The criteria for applying in MCA in MTWU, Dindigul, is either to qualify TANCET or entrance test conducted by the university. The examination fee is Rs500. Once the college issues the admission notification, the application form can either be collected from the college in person or can be received by post. Another option is to simply download it from the university website. MCA is a three year course and the fee for each year is 16000Rs which is less as compared to many other colleges.

The faculty is well educated and helpful. They not only make us understand the lesson but also makes us understand the trends in the industry. If I had to rate I'll give it 7/10. With a little bit more effort on their side we can do wonders.
