The college was almost good in every way. But the college has no hostel facility for boys. This is very imbrasing. If hostel facility is available for boys,then the college becomes a better college in Burdwan city.

In the college course was semester based. But there was also internal exams. The teachers are very helpful. They clear our all doubts. In college there was good labs for Practical experience and training. The college helped to be professional. Our college is govt. sponsered. It is not an engineering college. No industrial visited our college.

Vivekananda Mahavidalaya not directly provided placement. But the college staffs and the college society taught us how to employed by many programs.

In college many cultural and social programmes are celebrated such as Rabindra Jayanti, Nababarsa etc. Many games are also played in our college play ground. In our college manual sports event also happens. In this event besides many other college's also participated.

The fee structure is flexible for middle class family. They can handle it easily. Besides, from college students get many scholarships, so they can not fell any traboul for paying fees.The mode paying admission fee is online but the mode of paying other fees is offline. Yes, the college does provides transpar next in fee breakdown.

I get 3 Govt. Scholarship from this college. I applied it online and these were totally merit based. Besides I get 2 scholatships from college. The average sum of all scholatships were 50,000.

The college had a very healthey atmosphere. In arts stream the number of girl is greater then boys. And it's opposite happened in science stream. In college there happened many cultural and social programmes but not from parties were not happened. There were no difference for religion and cast. The college had political party and laders but in my presence there were not happened any political war.

The college has hostel facility only for the girls. There were no hostel facility for boys. I am a boy. I did not get hostel facility. I did not know very much about hostel. But from the mouth of the girls hosteler I heard that the hostel was almost good.

The relation between our and senior students were very good. They helped us our study and projects. We also helps them in many ways. They had no ego or attitude. They were very down to earth.

After passing hs exam I applied for B.sc. Math(hons.) course on college website. After few days of applying merit lis came and I selected for interview. I gave interview. After few day the interview result came and I also selected in the interview. After selection the college staffs verified my given details and finally I got my admission.

Almost 4 lacture class happened on every college day. The teachers were highly educated and experienced.The teachers also were very helpful. They helped us to clear all doubts in our subjects. In labs the teachers and staff helped us in practice work greatly.So that we can easily understand the matter. The lectures directly not hold any industry experience.
