Remarks

I had selected Don Bosco Institute of Technology as one of my options to pursue my engineering through CET. I also heard many good reviews about my college through a few of my acquaintances and hence decided to choose this college.

Course Curriculum Overview

The course curriculum is set by VTU although I think it can be upgraded a little. But either way it makes our basics strong. The faculty members are very helpful and teach us well.

Course Fees: INR 86000 per year

Placement Experience

There are many placement opportunities. Different companies visit our college and give placement options for all the students.

Fees and Financial Aid

The fee structure depends on how one joins the college. Either through Management, COMEDK or CET.

Campus Life

The annual fest is called VISMAY. The library has all the prescribed textbooks and reference books for students to use.

the eligibily might be from 3rd year. There are several companies such as capegemini hitachi patym dmart. 700 offers are offered. Highest is 25 lakh and average is around like 5 lakh. After the completion of my degree i would like to persue higher studies like MS.

Placement stats are pretty good, offers above 50LPA have also been granted to students, but they are not as common. With a good cgpa, 5+ LPA can be ensured. Students from 6th sem become eligible for placements, companies such as TI, Apple, Daimler Trucks etc have come for placements

Truth of Don Bosco institute of technology Bangalore

Definately i choosen the wrong college because I don't have options because I wrote Jee mains and I scored 89 percentile but I am from general category since I have no reservation the cut off missed by 1 percentile I was hoping that I will clear jee die to that I didn't concentrate on kcet due to that it came the worst result so I was getting only civil, mechanical by kcet that to same college Don Bosco Bangalore college then I applied for comed k in that I got ok ok result but there my bad luch in 1st round I got Swami Vivekananda College Puttur , in 2md doubt Don Bosco institute of technology so I hope that in 3rd round some how I will get upgrade but didn't get in COMEDK if u got ill 3rd round then the fees is not refunded so there is no option...Read More
