Course Curriculum Overview

I am completed BCA it is a three year course we have 6semester's in every semester we have subjects( 4 major subjects and 2 arts subjects ) this course is based on computer relevant subjects and lot of codings are also studied in this course this course helps to make IT professional in the society

Class Size: 150Course Fees: INR 35000 per year

Placement Experience

My college offers placements but not more because it is a arts and science College and the placements is only for the students who are in above 80percent

College Events

Our college have lot of cultural and departmental functions and sports events ad we also go outside and collect the sponsorship for the culturals and the sports events mostly conducted in even semester's In the cultural function we give rosemilk for the full College

Fee Structure And Facilities

We should pay for every semester's payments should be pay through the bank we should bank submit the receipt to my College and some book fees are paid and graduation day fees are also paid per semester i paid 17000 rs to my College and additionally they don't take any charges

It is Christian college but i am hindu my College gives scholarship only for christain students but they treat all the students in good manner

2013 and 2014 the team of St. Joseph's College won the Bharathidasan University Inter-Zonal Inter-Collegiate Men’s Football Tournament. St Joseph's only college in TN to get special heritage status"The UGC recognised it as a College with Potential and we have more awards etc.

Hostel Facilities

In my college hostel facilities are not available for boys only girls hostel available and i am stayed with my friends in a separate room near by my College so i have no hostel experience in my college

My parents suggest me to study engineering and i joined engineering in 2013 but i am not interested in engineering after completing 1dt year i discontinued my course and i have no idea what is the next step in that time my friend suggest me about this college and iwent to college attend the interview in my College

Placement Experience:

From the 4th semester, itselft students get to know about the placement training and pre placements talks were held to students who is interested in the placement. They will undergo aptitude, programming and soft skills training. So the companies visiting our colleges are service-based companies which are accenture , TCS, Deloitte and product based companies such as Zoho hiring for 6-10 LPA. Accenture offers a package of 3.4 LPA where as Fractal Analysis company offers a package of above 10 LPA The placed students in my department is 70% which is a big number if the training is effective there will be more than 80%students will get placed.
