College Management was good but they need to focus more on studies than events. There is way lot of events organise than any other college. Sometimes it's fun but sometimes it just get monotonous.

I was in batch 2014-17. As all Colleges operate under university in Kolkata, we used to have one annual exam in a year under the university and three exams planned by the college every year. So, we had some idea about the question paper structure of the university beforehand.

Placement was not that good but only fourcompanies came for placement - 1. Ernst and Young 2. HSBC 3. Tata Consultancy Services 4. Future Group.

This College organize lots of events such as - Umang - Annual Function - Many celebrities do get invited in this 3 day long Annual Function. Ethical Hacking - To protect our data from hackers Foreign Language Speaking - We had options between French / German / Spanish Student Exchange Program - We had option to take part in student exchange from Germany Indoor Basketball Indoor Cricket.

Fees was pretty expensive as compared to other colleges but at the same time you get far better infrastructure and one of the best library in Kolkata. We were needed to pay the whole amount for a year at once that's a negative thing. There was waiver for Gujarati students because the college was Owned by Gujarati community of Kolkata.

College doesn't provide any scholarship opportunities to any student. But for Gujarati students they waive off almost 2/3 of the fees because they college in managed by Gujarati Community of the Kolkata.

The Bhawanipur Education Society College has one of the best college campus life due to its infrastructure, library, games room and indoor court room. This college do organise lots of competition which includes Chess, Cricket, Debate, even video game Fifa and Counter Strike. The gender ratio is near about 5:4. 5 for boys and 4 for girls. There is a separate batch in afternoon for only girls. College also organise valentine's party, dandia and many more.

No, I never had to to Opt for Hostel because College is in my home town. And there is no Hostel or PG provided by the college because most of the students were from Kolkata or Howrah. But some students were from different cities and they had to get accommodation by themselves.

Alumni do visit sometimes for any events and for motivational speech. This college have it's own site to connect Alumni with all the other Alumni as well as students.

I was a commerce student during my highschool and graduation on Commerce make the most sense to me when having a commerce background already. I applied for the college through online basis and paid the application amount. And in a month I got a alert message from the college that my name is on the merit list. I chose this college because it's consider as top 5 B. Com college in Kolkata with great infrastructure. They also do lots of extra curricular activities unlike other government colleges. And the best thing is library of this college.

Faculty of this College were pretty nice and they were always available after class in library (as scheduled) if anyone need to discuss something. Faculty also guided on the preparation of the final year project which is needed to submit to the University on 3rd year of the graduation.
