St. Xavier college, is it a good option for students persuing graduation

Comparing from other colleges our college is very good either the infrastructure or the allumni, all are very good.

The course curriculum and the exam structure are very relevant and done very properly. The staff members are quite supportive. This course gives about proper industrial sector knowledge as many industrial tours are conducted for enhancing and exploring the students.

The placement cell of our college is very good. At least 250-300 companies visit to hire students and giving placement. First of all the company visit our college, they give a notice about the placement and required qualifications and the placement department put the notice in official site as well as in the notice board. Then the interested students according to their qualifications register themself and then they go through a interview and written test according to the company. I got selected in CCL,Ranchi after the proper interview and test.

Many events are celebrated such as feast. Xavier utsav, Annual sports day, Karma are celebrated in our college. In feast dancing, singing, solo singing, rockshow are done and it is for 3 days in which each day refers to a special outfits which is ethnic, fancy, traditional. In sports day many sports events are done and in Karma dancing and singing are done very properly.

The fee structure is quite expensive. My course fee is 42000 per year as in other colleges the fee is around 25000. All modes of payment are accepted in our college. They charge additional fees that is to be paid in order to secure an admission in our course, they say it as security money.

No I haven't taken any loan or scholarship.My family was capable of giving the college fees of their own without any loan.

The number of girls and Boys are quite equal. Many workshops are held day to day for enhancement of knowledge. There is no discrimination done between a girl and a boy, both of them are seen at an equal level. All the students are observed and treated equally.

No I haven't opted for hostel because the college hostel is only for ST, SC students, and I belong to a general family. But the college hostel is very good. Around 300 to 400 students live there is a very good infrastructure and proper sanitation system maintained by the college.

Our senior students are also supportive. We meet them regularly and they tell about the teachers the course any many such things. They also help us in many topics in our course.

I got the admission by a proper procedure of the college first I filled the online form from the official site. Then a written test was conducted and then after I got the name in the list of candidates for admission. I choose this course because I wanted to do MBA and this course gave me a prier and a proper knowledge about the industrial sector and all. I have heard many times from my friends, relatives and sometimes from the newspaper that vocational courses of this college is excellent, so I thought of getting admission in St. Xavier college.

There are atleast 50 lectures to be done for every subject and the college hours are 4 a day for our course. The teachers or we can say the lecturers are of 30-40 age. All the staff members are quite supportive. The college also have conducted many industrial visit for exploration and for this we got the certificates.
