College Management is good in terms of faculty, education. But irregular classes is a weak point.
Course Curriculum Overview
Exam structure is not very complicated in engineering. There are total eight semester in engineering. Each year has two semesters. The practical exams are very useful for the professional life if students take it seriously. All subjects have their own aspects for future life.
Placement Experience
Placement is not so good as compared to other colleges in greater noida. In the year 2010 the total placement was 15 percent. Placement cell cant attract good companies. In case company arrives in college the company is not so good.
College Events
Annual festival, yoga day festival, cricket, football, blood donation camp, tree planting, holi, diwali, road safety drive, feed the poor drive, rakhsabandhan, new year party, alumunus festival, placent drive, annual tour, swacch bharat abhiyaan
Fee Structure And Facilities
Yes fee is quite expensive. But students can take loan. college assist student in providing loan. And yes there are additional fee charges for yearly exam fees, security fees. Fees structure is transparent and admininstration is helpful. Incase student has not full money then college take fees in parts.
Fees and Financial Aid
No. I have no opted for any scholarship or education loan. But anyone can opt for education loan. Anyone cant easily get loan for education if needed. College assist to get loan.
Campus Life
Campus life is very good and of fun and learning. Social activites help students to learn about the proffesaional life. Gender ratio of male vs female is about 70:30 in the college. Labs are attracting and regularly run with schedule time. One can become a good engineer from IEC college
Hostel Facilities
No i have not opted for hostel. Hostel room are single type, double sharing and triple sharing. Hostel room are clean and mess facility is also good. Food provided is hygenic and healthey. Security of hostel is also nice.
Alumni/Alumna
Yes senior students are very helpful to juniors. And the cordination between senior and juniors is excellent in studies and social activities.
Admission
I got admission in the college through UPSEE entrance examination. My rank was 19000 general category when i gave exam in 2010. Generally admission dates are from may to july. There are two process by which any one can get admission in college. First is entrance exam and second is merit basis through direct admission.
Faculty
There is a schedule made for each classes. Each class is of 50 minutes. If any student has doubt it can be raised in the class or after the class. Every doubt is cleared by the teacher. And the good thing about this college is that faculty is very good.
