Course Curriculum Overview

Course curriculum is designed as per stream in which student is more focused if an student is in marketing stream then more focus on practical things and Research based subject and industry projects.For Finance student internships in bank and Finance sector

College Events

There are lots of events which are celebrated in Chetana Institute of management and research such as Elixir,Challengers,vipanaan and esence each events are nicely framed and well planned in the year. Speakers from various industry are present in this event

Fee Structure And Facilities

When it comes to post graduation most of the colleges are expensive. Fees structure of Chetana Institute is also expensive but manageable as college took fees in two installment in two years of time.College accept all modes of payment cheque, neft,Rtgs etc

No I wont opted for any loan or scholarship but there is scholarship provided by government for this course

Campus Life

Campus life of Chetana Institute is very good as the college is located in the primest location of mumbai and I think only college in mumbai with playing ground.In college there are extra curricular activity such as street painting helping NGO etc.Also college encourages students to take parts in debate competition

Hostel Facilities

No Chetana Institute of management and research wont have hostel facilities in there campus.But there is much more facilities for student to stay nearby in PG or taking there personal flats with friends

Similar to all other colleges in mumbai.Through my Mh-CET marks, personal interview and group discussion were the main three procedure for clearing the admission stage in my college.one who successfully cleared this will get the admission in the college

Faculty

Pgdm is divided in four semester in which one semester consist of 10 subject and each and every subject is teached by related experience faculty in that subject and also there were visiting faculty for the subjects in which they were master and working in same.

My SBS Journey

Placement Experience:

During my time the first company that visited our organization was Naukri.com, and feel proud to say that i got placed in the same organization. I am very happy with my placement. But talking about my peers. Number of companies who visited to our institute was compared to low as per our expectations. Majority of the companies who visited the institute were sales based organizations. Very less companies for finance and HR field. This made a difficult call for students.

Not a dream college but a real one

Placement Experience:

The placement scenerio at our caollege can be described as average overall. Most recruiting company belong to the banking and supply chain sectors. Marketing students generally have better placement opportunities, while finance and HR students do get job, though the package are not very high. Buswiness analytics has limited scope as very few companies visit the campus for the roles in that domain.

from 2 sem you get to apply from interships and from 5th sem for placements ,i applied for only company which was tiaa one of the most biggest mnc in india who is direct compitator of jp morgan , i got a package of 6 lacks ctc per anum but the highest package was 12 lacks , the college has a policy that all student gets placed no students are left behind

Promising campus with room for better faculty.

Placement Experience:

After sem 4 we get final placement companies in the campus there are total 200 plus companies come to the campus till september to november almost 35 companies already come to the campus. The companies are ICICI, HDFC, RISHAB WORLD, INSYNC, DENSTU, ITC, BHARAT ELECTRONICS, CORDELIA CRUISE, MORNING STAR, NOMURA, NYKA, NAUKRI.COM. the highest package was given by a company name bharat electronics for HR specialization is 12 lakhs per annum. Almost in my time there 35percent get placed. I plan after degree is first 3-5 yrs in corporate lufe then after own business.

To be honest there are placements but the placements are like no one want to be there it is just something unacceptable for the HR students . The promises the long talks are all false and they doesn't focus on students future and career rather they care for just attendance

I did choose this course as I am genuinely interested in management and if it is healthcare management that makes me excited. There is a different teaching faculty for each and every subject. The faculties are highly qualified market professionals and experts who teach in an extremely interactive and practical way. They are very supportive. There was one exam conducted per semester which included projects and written exams.

Remarks:

No such bad remarks though. As the college is very superior and one can take admission with complete ease as the college faculty, staff, workers are very helpful and there motive is very clear and remarkable. This college surely helps students in grooming and enhancing skill to the top.
