BBD- A View from Top

College is overall good. College management is also supportive. Except the hostel food everything is good.

B. Tech (Bachelor of Technology) is a professional course. As the name shows the course is related to technical knowledge. Curriculum is smooth and exams happen semester wise. The course is for those students who want to acquire knowledge in technical field. Yes, course is also research driven and fair. I personally think that if you have knowledge about your field, you will be automatically smart and professional.

Every year 20-25 companies come for placement drive. Almost 50-60% students got placed in these placement drives.

There are so many events which occur in BBD. Some of them are as follows- 1. Ganesh Chaturthi Celebration 2. Akhil Jyot 3. Utkarsh (It is the annual fest of BBD in which all types of events occur) Ganesh Chaturthi Celebration is a cultural event while Akhil Jyot is related to social works.

The fee structure is feasible. For this course you have to pay 1. 2Lacs per annum. If you want to give it semester wise, then it's also available. The fee in final year of the course, got decrease and you have to pay 70-80k in the final year. As compared to other colleges it's feasible.

I have opted for scholarship. The college also gave scholarship to poor students and there are so many scholarship given by UP government and Central government. You can opt those too.

Campus life is very good, the total scenario is very energetic. Gender ratio is almost equal. Extracurricular activities, sports and robotics competition etc occur in every semester. And they are very helpful in our course which is a professional course.

No, I have not opted for hostel as there are so many rumours about hostel food. That is why I've not chosen the hostel. I'm a day scholar. I live in a rental room and come to college via any transport medium.

Yes, the seniors are very helpful. Ragging is totally banned in our college. Alumnis are placed in reputed companies nowadays.

I got admission via AKTU counselling process. Admission process takes place between May to July every year. If you want to take admission via counselling then you must have pass the AKTU entrance exam, which usually occurs in May. You have to fill the AKTU entrance form, which releases in February, for sitting in entrance exam. You can also take admission directly from college through Management Quota.

The faculty members are very supportive in nature. And they all are technically strong. There are co-ordinators for every batch. They are known as group co-ordinators. If you need any help then you can converse with your GC. The staff is also good.
