Golden Days of college

Overall the college is good, but some staff take alternate routes for making easy bucks.

I had taken CET - Karnataka after passing out from PUC 1and PUC 2 from GSSc college belgaum. KLE is one of the well known colleges for BE in Mechanical from past several years.

It was affiliated to Karnataka university Dharwad, now it is affiliated to VTU and still one of the best colleges with vide variety of courses.

Placements during our period was limited, but now I hope it has improved and looks like more students opting this college.

College day celebrations was a fun, it used to be a whole week with different curricular activities keeping the staff and students busy, both staff and students used to mingle together for the celebrations.

The fee structure is feasible and per the govt rules and regulations, but at times you need to be prepared for shelling out some extra bugs, also if you dont have proper scores in competitive exams, you can shell some extra money to get the seats there.

I do not know about this as I haven't availed any loans or scholarships from the college, but have a feeling there might be some scholarships, need to cross check on that.

As discussed earlier the extra curricular activities were good, the college gathering used to be the main attraction with sports and other activities.

I can only say is that the alumni is good and current it is online on the social network.

The exams are conducted often, but the final exams are as per the VTU curricular, they are generally strict and make students to prepare for the finals.

They were well equipped and normally use to support all students. They used to provide proper lectures and guide in selecting the nest projects.
