Remarks

College provides a basket of opportunity if you know how to grab it. The college is full of exposure and knowledgeable staff who are always ready to help their students.

Course Curriculum Overview

4

The course curriculum is designed by industry experts which brings an enormous amount of knowledge and skills to its students. The curriculum also includes the face to face contact with the leading industry people which brings a lot of practical knowledge to their students. They have a weekly corporate interface with people from different backgrounds and many Industrial visits have always been planned for students.

Placement Experience

4.5

Placements on the campus are very good. They are able to place most of their students. In my batch, the highest package was offered by ITC which is 12 lakhs. Some of the companies that come to campus to take students are HUL, Citicorp, ITC, Digit, EY, PWC, Deloitte, Target, Oracle, SwissRe, KPMG, IBM, Wipro, TCS, VMWare. The institution has always been very proactive in preparing its students for the placement challenges. They conduct apti classes, Mock Interview, GD sessions for students. Some of the companies come for internship recruitment too like Deloitte, Smart Cube, Citicorp etc.

College Events

4.5

Annually, 1 management fest is conducted for the people outside of college which is external and there are 2 internal fests for the management student of Christ University. One sports fests are conducted by the college for the teachers and students as well which is a full day event. also, many other co-circular events go on as well which includes Dancing, Drama etc.

Fee Structure And Facilities

The fee structure is feasible as compared to other business schools. They have a good ROI as compared to other colleges. The fee is charged annually by the college. The fees are paid through the account and smart card provided by the college. The program fee for the batch of 2018-20 was 8 lakhs for the course.

Fees and Financial Aid

I didn't opt for any scholarship but the college does provide the scholarship. However, the education loan scenario is different with every bank.

Campus Life

4.5

Campus life at Christ is very peaceful as it has a green lush campus surrounded by nature. Student from all over India come to study here as it is very renowned in the aspect of imparting education. Regularly, different sports games and competitions are held, annually hostel day is celebrated, Lohri function, Christmas, Ethnic day etc are celebrated

Hostel Facilities

3.5

No, I didn't opt for a hostel and but I know about it through my friends. The hostel rooms were clean and spacious. They are double sharing, three sharing and four sharing rooms available. The hostel management focuses on hygiene because of which rooms and washrooms are cleaned thrice a day. The hostel doesn't include mess and several paid canteens are right near the hostel for food and other items.

Alumni/Alumna

The Alumni network is very huge, they have a separate committee that looks into the alumni and conducts yearly meet. Not only this, Alumni of Christ has always returned to their Alma Mater whether for placements, corporate interaction, internships or placement briefing. They have also helped the college in one or another way.

Admission

I opted for a business course (M. B. A) from Christ University. The college has a good infrastructure, the best teaching staff and a huge amount of dedication to prepare the individual for their upcoming work environment. For getting an admission, I was shortlisted on the basis of my CAT score, followed by GD, Micro presentation, Writing Skills and finally Interview.

Faculty

4

The faculty of college tries to impart more practical knowledge when it comes to teaching. Each subject of 3 credits is conducted for 30 hours and one lecture is kept reserved for guest faculty as well. Each subject has 2 CIAs and one midterm and one end term examination. Some of the workshops like Value Stream Mapping, Digital Marketing and many more which are related to academics are conducted by the college.

Placement Experience:

Placements in the college are good for marketing specialization. Compared to other specializations, from semester 2 itself, students become eligible for campus placements. Companies like Deloitte, KPMG, ICICI Bank, and HDFC Bank visit the campus. The highest package this year was 40 LPA, and the average package is around 6.5 LPA. The percentage of students getting placed is 70% for now. After getting the degree, selection in a good company is my plan.

Placement Experience:

The average package offered is moderate and there are limited opportunities for high paying roles compared to top tier colleges. Companies that visit the campus are mostly small to mid sized organizations. The placement cell is very supportive and conduct training sessions such as aptitude tests, mock interviews and soft skills development to prepare students for placements.

Placement Experience:

Placement in my college is decent, wiyh around 90% of students are getting placed. Students usually become eligible for placement in their final year and the college provides internships opportunities before that, which helps in gaining experience. Many companies visit to campus mainly from marketing and sales, along with some roles in HR and operations. The number of offer is good but option for finance and analytic are comparatively limited.

Course Curriculum Overview:

I would like to rate the course 7 out of 10. Because as these is a distance learning many difficulties occur. I am doing a MBA in ksou after my graduation in b. Com. As ksou comes under UGT it is more helpful for the job seeker. As per my knowledge the faculty should conduct a more classes may be through online so that the working people can attend the classes from wherever they want. There are many distance learning courses in ksou academic platform but they are not handling in a accuracy. They take a lot of time to announce a results, even to conduct a exams they take a lot of time.
