Course Curriculum Overview
Best one in the Coimbatore city. They keep internals exams followed by semester after a certain period of time. I heard now they got autonomous status so they have changed the exam structure. During placements only the candidates without backlog are allowed to attend the event. Of coz industrial visit happens once in a year.
Placement Experience
Placement officer arranges the event every year for the students who are with no backlogs. Almost all the top MNC participate in the placement driven eg: TCS, Infosys, RBS, Wipro, Avantor etc.
College Events
Yearly cultural event, Onam and pongal celebration. And also they conduct many events on department level. Intercollege competition were also conducted in an academic relates subjects. Almost they invite top colleges in Coimbatore for the event.
Fee Structure And Facilities
When compared to other arts and science college in Coimbatore it is expensive which is very close to PSG and GRD College. In the name of donation they do collect some money which has no receipt. If u demand for an receipt then u will face lot of challenges throughout ur career in the college life.
Fees and Financial Aid
No I have not opted for any scholarships. However they provide free education for state and national level volleyball players. They do provide fees concession if ur contributing the presence in sports activities in the name of the college.
Campus Life
60 percentage boys and 40 percentage girls is the gender ratio. Just my prediction not actual data. They do provide admission to all the community and race. But of course there are few staffs been racist during my tenure. But not sure it is same currently.
Hostel Facilities
I am days scholar however I visited hostel rooms. It is pity OK kind of rooms with good ventilation but very expensive. For outstation students I recommend hostel for the 1st year and from the second year they will get used to the city environment so that they can stay in rented house nearby college.
Alumni/Alumna
So far they have conducted only one alumini. I recommend they must conduct every year to get connected with everyone in a direct meet.
Admission
If u get 85% plus in ur 10th standard u can get the admission easily before ur 12 th results announcement. Also they provide admissions if ur ready to pay 2 lakhs before ur 12 that results arrival. If u pay money they will give you admission for any course.
Faculty
There are 100 + lectures in the faculty and they are easy approch. Even they have training program where they get updated with latest syllabus. Many of the staffs do certification course to enhance themself for an current update in the technical aspects.
