Overview of the college for choosing college

Overall this is the moderate college. The placement is like normal not best. The social life is the best. The hostel life is best too. The academic course is appropriate for the good knowledge.

The course curriculum is in the following phases 1. The basics in the first 1 year 2. Then the core subjects from 2 to 3 years. Yes these core subjects help us to secure a better placement on the bases of these core programming subjects. Yes there are some of the industrial visits for the internship and other webinars.

The companies that have visited- goldman sachs, amazon, samsung, airtel, optum Deloitte and many more. Tentative percentage placed every year is around 80%. The step followed is the 1. Filling of the form 2. Doing with the aptitude test 3. After the aptitude qualification there is the group discussion and the personal interview. Yes there is the practice tests for the placement's on the calyxpord.

There are many fests in the college 1. Goonj 2. Footsal 3. Jhankar 4. Technical events These events include fun, extracurricular activities too. There are many academic seminars conducted in the college for various other fields. 5. There are many events conducted on each of the festivals too.

Fee structure is feasible. No there are no additional charges other than the structure fee. The mode for payments is online net banking, challan, and debit cards. No there is no transparency in the fee breakdown. There is the fine for the late fee which is somewhat effect as it is time consuming and it effect on the admit card for the exams. We need to pay the late fee too before the exams for the admit card.

Yes there is scholarship for the ews, girl child scholarship, merit scholarship and many other scholarships.

The campus life is so enjoyable there is a smooth environment and a great social life. Many places for the entertainment like stuc and the vehicle allowed. The gender ration is 60 to 40 for girls: boys. For each of the department there are the extracurricular events happening everywhere.

No I am not living in the pg. The hostel is alloted on the bases of the merit list on the based on the ranking for the people who applie for hostels. The hosel quality is moderate not so good but with the expeses the are hell lot good.

The alumi and the senior student are helpful. For me they provided with the suggestion for the elective subjects. And working out on the various research projects. The DIC club help us in working with the practical projects.

I got the admission by filling the jac counselling which leads to create a merit list. The factors that made me choose is the govt. College and the panjab university which is reputated university plus the placement's were on the average around 5. 5lpa. 1. Filling jac counselling 2. Merit list formed based on the admission 3. Final document verification later.

There are around 4 lectures of every subjects in a week and the average age for the teachers is around 35 to 45 years and the qualification is the professor and assistant professors. The professors hold a good experience about the course they are teaching. Yes the lecturers are having some certification for the fields and some of them are doctors.
