My College

The course curticulum is copied from various universities accross india such as amity, ana univ, nirma, virmata jeejabai, MIT pune, Sinhgad, etc. Exam structure is copied from RGPV university with little twicks. Course content is no where near what highly rated colleges teach (we while being in automobile branch study mechanical for 3 years and then in the final yeaf have some subjects that are solely related to our specification). Research and fair are two words we dont hear in our college. Basically i'm from the very first batch of automobile branch from my college, and I can say that college didn't help me even a tiny bit to become any more proffessional. All the qualities and skills I got are from various national level events I participated in.

Placement is good for CS related branches such as IT, EC, ET, etc but for mech, civil, ee, chemical it all depends on the student it self as he/she will be the one who tries in off campuses.

College level clubs organize various events but on the sole purpous to earn money and then invest in some different project, last year in 2018 a annual function also happen as it was 60th birthday of our college where the management spend lakhs of our hard earned fees that was required to used somewhere else.

Fees is ok I say, as there are various schemes for poor students such as TFW in which one can study his complete degree in less then 50k else we need to pay around 3. 6lacs for 4 years. OBC quota students pay around 2. 25 lac abd st sc student pay less then 40k.

I didn't availed for any education loan, but I know its easy, one can easily get a loan sanctioned solely on the name of govt college.

Campus life is good if you make good friends that entertain you oftenly and if you bunk classes on the name of group taddi (GT). Gender ratio is around 50:50 in civil, mech, it, cs, ec but for all other branches its around 10:1. Extra curricular in a matter of only thoughts. Labs are merely equiped, sports is strickly not allowed as hostelers here in the college have a different kind of dada giri and police also comes once in a week to solve and sometimes arrent few hostelers that where fighting with day schollers on just a matter of sports. robots and debats strickly dont happen here.

Alumni network is good but they are quick not that friendly, one must invest around a month and 20 round to alumni coordinator to get a small help.

I got admission into this college on basis of score I got in IIT-JEE (Mains) exam. and then on the second round of Madhya pradesh state level college councelling. the councelling happen around june, july and august months. One basically is requied to fill the councelling form online then in first round choose a series of colleges according to his/her desire and then submit it, if his/her score falls under that critaria he/she will get a appointment schedulled in the specific college where the management will basically grill the student and parent from counter to counter and will demad 50k to book the seat which is again non refundable.

Faculties are up to the mark, we can say that. As they are well over an expert in their subject, but when it goes over that, then it gets a little messy. Some of the faculties are mtech from iities and are appointed by HRD ministry other are appointed on the basis of how much money they offer the management for joining letter.
