RPET, scored 88/120, this is one of the best colleges in Rajasthan which you can get through RPET examination.
Course Curriculum Overview
The course curriculum was perfectly designed in such a way that we can choose for various fields as per our interests, even being in a particular field you can choose subject from another field that matches your interests.
Internships Opportunities
There is no stipend offered but there are various internship offers from very good companies across India. For eg: from Jaipur there are Girnar softwares, Pratham softwares and my more from other places.
Placement Experience
From my field (IT) there was 100% placements with students placed in companies like TCS, wipro, AQ, Pratham Software, AppPerfect, Adobe with highest package given by Adobe - 8.5lpa and for other fields there are HZL (Hindustan Zinc Limited), NBC, DCM etc.
College Events
There are a lot of cultural festival organized by students every year. Some of them even at university level including - Espectro, Youngistan, Samvega and the techincal festivals include Encarta.
Fee Structure And Facilities
For GAS(govt. aided seats) the fee is 35000 for boys and 20000 for girls and for SFS branches (Self Financed seats) the fees is 65000 and there are other fee waiver schemes like TFWS(10000 fees)
Fees and Financial Aid
They offer scholarship to financially weak students under the name sumedha scholarship and there are fee waiver schemes for toppers.
Campus Life
Gender ratios would be balanced I guess. There are lot of robotics workshops organized by ESRC, the robotics club of college and the university sports board provides every opportunity to take part in various sports at zone level. We also have a debating club.
Hostel Facilities
PG are easily available all across the cities with rentals varying from 2000-4000 for sharing and single person staying basis. And good quality food available at 35-60 rs per diet at various places.
Alumni/Alumna
The alumnus are connected with students through various portals and a club in school and are always ready to help whenever needed. Recently they helped a student who needed money for operation.
Exam Structure
Exams are never hectic but labs can be sometimes. That too when you are interested in working more and more.
Faculty
Faculty is very helpful, always ready to help out in any and every possible way, they try to solve academic as well as personal problems of the students.
