Good college to study B.Tech Food technology

This college is very good to study food technology because the faculty and teaching is very good.

The exam for engineering is conducted semester wise each sem having 3 mid exams which considered for internals and every Monday we are having exam based on specific topics which make as good in theory. The lab and praticals are good and manitained in a way to get good industrial knowledge and the most of the faculty are from IITs and nits.

The most common company visit our college is ITC and Tata smart foodz. Other companies are nestle, parle g, eastern etc. About 100%of students get placed as the course having good demand. The placement is based on the interview and academic performance. The university conduct CRT classes every Saturday to make students to perform good in mock tests and interview.

The tech fests like srujanankura, southzone fests, workshops are conducted every year. The fest mahotsav was an big cultural fest we celebrate and is amazing. The college fests are conducted for more than 3-4 days. As the college having management students they also conduct management fests also.

The fees for the cours is one lack per semester and the admission fees is 20000 which we have to pay at the first. And ther is no hidden fees. The fees can be payed online on by cash. If the student is facing any financial problem or crisis the college extend the date for fee payment.

The scholarship is provided based on the entrance exam and +2 marks as I got 50% scholarship son I only need to pay half of my fees. scholarships are also provides based on academic performance semester wise.

The college having more than 10000 students, I think the gender ratio is 1:1. The campus life was good and amazing. The cultural fests and sports programs are awesome. The ragging is completely banned as the university having a anti ragging team. The international workshops helps to improve our knowledge and skills.

I'm staying in hostel in non AC room and the fees is 7000rs per month including food and wifi. The rooms will be shared by four members. The AC rooms are also available it cost 10000rs per month. The food provided is good north indian and south indian are available.

The seniors are very friendly and helpful. Most of them are placed in top companies and got admission in top institutions and the the college also having strong alumni.

I got admission based on entrance exam called VSAT exam, they also consider +2 marks based on that the rank list is prepared, scholarship is provided as 100%, 75%, 50%, 25% based on the entrance result. I got 50% scholarship so I only need to pay half of my fee which helped me a lot. I opted btech food technology because this course having great demand and also interested in it. The previous year results in academics and placements attrated me to this college. The first step for admission is take VSAT exam, then follow university guidelines which will be provided by admission department.

The most of the faculty are from top institutions like IITs and nits with PhD and having good teaching experience more than 10yeara. They are very friendly and guide us to get good knowledge and skills, for food technology department we are having more than 30+ faculties.
