Kishore's Review On Malla Reddy Institute Of Technology And Science - [MRITS], Hyderabad

I wrote EMCET and I got a rank around 80k. I have to choose either CSE or ECE because I love both of them. So I selected some college's with option cse and some with ece. Malla Reddy is one of them. I choose this collage because it is a group of institutions where more than 6 campus are there. So I can expect a on-campus job from any of the campus in our group of institutions.

Many students have done internships from our college in other organisations. I don't know whether our college has one.

Placements are very good. As I is a group of institutions we get to attend drives in any of the campus within our group. My seniors got placed very well this year in Amazon, IBM, southern lands , Tech Mahindra etc each having a package of 3-4 lk per annum which Is good for a fresher.

Our principal support us a lot in organising many events. Our college has many student chpters such as IEEE, ISTE, IETE, NSS, CSI under which many students are members and held many national events. Many students from other colleges attend our events. We have our own fest "furcatez" and annual day"Antacan".

Our fee structure isn't expensive. Infact its less compared to facilities we have and scholarships are given to qualified students. Fee is 40k nealy and we get a fee reimbursement for qualified students I.e 35k nearly. So fee is not expensive. Compared to other collages around, fee is affordable.

We have fee reimbursement from government for qualified students I.e. Lower caste, low annual income, economically backward casts etc. Some backward casts are even eligible for scholarship which is nearly 4k. Loans I guess no need of loans as fee is quite affordable.

We have quite good strength. I guess we have 1:1 gender ratio. We have interaction day for fresher's , traditional day festival, farewell day, graduation day. Many workshops are organized by student chapters in our collage. There is no discrimination between students regarding cast religion or any other regards. No much politics and very friendly environment between students wether junior or senior. And our campus is "ragging-free" campus. We even have anti-ragging committee.

We have number of hostels just near by our collage. And facilities, food etc vary from hostel to hostel. Hostels rooms are shared. Very friendly environment. Friends I.e. Room mates help us out in classworks home works records etc. Food is quite good. We have breakfast in morning different variety every day and lunch snacks dinner. Fee will be on average 2.2 k per month including food and stay.

Seniors are very friendly with us. They work with us together in organising events and workshops. No ragging or harassment from seniors. We work along with them and even hang out with them. They are friendly and helpful.

We have labs regularly and portion will be completed upto date before exams. We have good preparation time for every exam with no rush. Lab exams are conducted separately with out clashing between mid exams. Structure will be as per JNTUH norms and portion will be as given by JNTUH.

Faculty are very qualified and they try to reach students point of view in every aspect. Most faculty are very passionate about their subjects and mainly my math faculty and every one try to pour out their knowledge about the subject as much as possible and try to reach every student irrespective of a merit or duller.
