I took EMCET exam and applied for online counseling. I choose B.Tech because I want to be a electrical engineer. And MRITS is the best shot I have for my rank.
Course Curriculum Overview
Mine is ECE, where we learn both combination of electrical and communication. Primarily we need good labs for both of them electrical and communication. We do have good labs fr both of them. We have required software's , equipments, experienced faculty and more.
Internships Opportunities
We do have industrial visits, campus placements, drives , workshops etc. I am not aware about any internships.
Placement Experience
Ours is a group of colleges, so we have many placements. In our seniors many have been placed in various companies like IBM, sutherenland, Tech mahindra etcWe even have campus recruitment training classes to perform better in interviews. They got technical and bpo jobs package ranging from 20-30k+ p.m
College Events
Our college comprises of many student chapters likeIEEE , IETE, CSI , ISTE , NSS , ROBOTICS etc. So many students are members and actively involved in organising many technical events , workshops. We even have our own national level fest named FURCATEZ which will be conducted every year in beginning of first semester.
Fee Structure And Facilities
Fee structure is simple and affordable. Fee structure !ay vary from department to department. We never have a spike in fees till now. My fee is around 40k in which I get a scholarship of 35k. I think it is not expensive. Fee is completely based on facilities and it is quite less compared to facilities.
Fees and Financial Aid
I got scholarship from govt. Which pays my tution fee. Which is around 35000rs and loans are do available but never took any.
Campus Life
Gender ratio is good, we have high strength of students. We do have annual day and relational day parties. Many workshops are conducted every semester. No disputes between fellow students. We do have many sports competitions and events like ROBOTICS during fest. Our labs are well and good with all working equipment.
Hostel Facilities
We have college hostels and many private hostels around our college. From what I heard , food is good and never had problems with it. Rooms are good. Yes we have individual and sharing rooms. Most hostels costs around 3k per month for food and room. Some do have free WiFi .
Exam Structure
We have a good exam structure with out any tensions. Only one exam per day and labs are before a week of mid exams. We never felt as a burden. We have enough time to prepare for each exam and lab exams also fine with our any worry. Faculty will be keep guiding if we have any difficulties.
Faculty
We have good and experienced faculty . They have a good knowledge and grip about the subject they teach. Not just teaching from textbook , they even explain about real world application and research about the subject. They try to be friendly so that we approach them for doubts without hesitation.
