Knowledgeable journey

Infrastructure good.workshops and labs are vast. Management would have done much better with such infra.

I took AIEEE exam in year 2007 to get admitted in this college.I scored 56 marks in my AIEEE exam. This college was quite old and had good number faculties and infrastructure.

Course curriculum was good.I choose electronics and communication stream. There were total 8 semesters. After first two semesters you get specialized stream subjects.

Internship experience was quite good.I took two internship mandatory course internship. One with MTNL and other with IOCL.You have to search yourself for internship. No companies visited college for internship. No stipend offered.

There were not much companies which visited college. Zeeplin mobile india visited which offered 12000 per month but since it demanded 25000 as training amount so not much student took interest even after getting selected.

There were many events organised by college.1. Paper presentation & conference 2. Hostel nights 3. Freshers party 4. Annual function 5. Workshops 6. Technical fest.

Fee structure was neither much feasible nor much expensive.for first year it was 55000 which was revised to 65000 from second year. It excludes mess and hostel charges.

I don't know exactly the details of scholarship or loan as i didn't availed any but there were few scholarship program and loan system.

Extracurricular was there but not much healthy, labs were well equipped and good, sports competitions were quite healthy, competitions such as robotics, debates were also part of tech fest.

Hostel facilities were also satisfactory. Sanitation was good though we had to fight sometimes for proper care. Rooms were spacious with three compartments shared by 3 students.

Not a strong alumni network. If college would have invested in their alumni well then they might be in good position in terms of placements. Senior students were co-operative but few exceptions are always there.

There were end semester exams and two mid-sem exams. It was quite hectic but never boring.there were also lab tests along with every mid-sem and end-sem exams.

Faculties were average but experienced apart from few new lecturers. but new faculties were also very enthusiastic. They had very good knowledge of their courses.
