Remarks
I don't think i have some bad remarks about the college Up to my knowledge. Overall It's an excellent college with excellent placement,good faculty and very nicely maintained campus and very good Infrastructure .So Go Join MIT without any doubt in mind.
Entrance Preview
GATE,Manipal Mock exam. I wrote the GATE-2014 with the intension of getting into IIT'S. But i didn't score enough to make it. I got(41 out of 100 with GATE rank of 3101).
Course Curriculum Overview
The Course contains 6 Subjects and 2 Labs per Semester and the subjects depend on the branch selectedSince I selected CSE i had Subjects like Computer Networks, Databases, AI, Java, C++ ,C ,Data Structures and Algorithms,OS.
Internships Opportunities
I am currently working in Ericsson. About 20-30 companies will visit the college to give internship offer to the students and the stipend offered will be between 20K to 30k.
Placement Experience
Manipal Institute of Technology provides the excellent placement and job opportunities. About 30 to 40 companies will visit the college each year and the CTC will also be very good(Ranging from 3Lakhs per annum to 18Lakhs).
College Events
The college will organize various technical fests and events and it will be fun participating on that. Some of the events which will be held every year are Revels,Utsav,Tech Tatva.
Fee Structure And Facilities
The fee structure is as followsIt will be 2,48,000 peer year. Little expensive but expected since it is a deemed university But they will offer Scholarships for meritious students So i don't think it will be a problem.
Fees and Financial Aid
They will offer scholarship for top ranked students. They will also help students to avail a loan facility from SBI so that it will not be a burden to parents.
Alumni/Alumna
The alumini Students are very helpful to their Juniors and will help out if some problem arises and there is a alumini group in Facebook so that they can help out them.
Exam Structure
The college conducts two tests per semester both of which are compulsory per semester for 20 marks each and then the final exam will be conducted for 50 marks and the assignment will be given which will be for 10 marks.
Faculty
Faculties are very helpful and they always make sure that Students are clear about the concepts they teach.They even entertain students to contact them during any time to get their doubts cleared.
