Remarks
Good Faculty, Quality of education and Transport Convince was suitable for me, that's why I choose this college. Also the admission fee was very less compaired to other colleges. The friendly faculty members, the efficient teaching techniques are Comendable.
Course Curriculum Overview
The course that I am in have good faculty teaching us proper and upgraded syllabus given by CU. Soumen Das, our HOD, Sritama Chakrabarti another hons teacher, - these two are my favorite faculty but not to forget other teachers are equally efficient.
Placement Experience
I have no specific idea about it. As we don't have B. Com in our college. But the internships depend on the will of the students they can get it from anonymous sources for adding income besides studies as CU don't give this opportunity.
College Events
There are so many events that take place in the college. As they all are organized by Student Unions. Some of them are - Udaan, our college fest, Winter carnival (small fest), Talent hunt, Debate and so on. Udaan is the big one and it is the inter college where other colleges also participate but the other fests are intra college Fest.
Fees and Financial Aid
There are scholarships for girls by government and no special scholarship from college that I'm aware of. Some of them are for girls education, free books or academic fees, some are for sports quota and some for excellence In acedemics
Campus Life
We have college wifi, the library is pretty old and not well maintained, labs are well structures and very spacious. Class rooms are constructed nicely, old infrastructure in old building and new infrastructure in the annex.
