Remarks
The college is situated on the outskirts of Nagercoil below a mountain. The pleasant atmosphere, gentle breeze, cool weather, and gentle rainfall were one of the reason and to be more specific, the college has shown tremendous improvement in placements in the last couple of years, the infrastructure is pretty good and finally, the college is at its best in lab equipment and providing practical knowledge to the students. These drove me to take admission in this college.
Course Curriculum Overview
The curriculum we follow is scripted by Anna University, Chennai. We were given the Regulation framed in 2017 known as R-2017. The syllabus framing was extremely wonderful. The syllabus was designed in such a great matter that each semester had been interlinked with each other. Industrial exposure given from the college was also equally good as the syllabus. We were taken on an Industrial Visit every semester. The faculties are the best of all. Their way of approach is very friendly. They take the utmost effort in teaching the concepts clearly to the students,
Placement Experience
The placements are really great and improving every year. The placement cell in the college works really well and the number of companies visiting the college increases every year. The top companies such as Infosys, Atosyntel, TCS, Tech Mahindra visits the college every year and offers a good amount as well as good job offer.
College Events
The campus life is fantastic when it comes to events and extracurricular in St.Xavier's. The college day, sports day and cultural day was fully filled with fun and it will always be on top as a gala day. The events are organised perfectly well.
Campus Life
The infrastructure is pretty good with almost all the necessary facilities that an engineering college should possess. It includes a well-equipped library, has WiFi connection all through the campus. The equipment available in the college is the best of all other colleges in the nearby surrounding.
