The factors which drove me to choose this college are affordable admission fees, government college recognized as "College with Potential for Excellence " by UGC, accredited at 'A' level by NAAC,large campus,unique library and wide range of courses.
Course Curriculum Overview
The syllabus wasn't updated for quite a long time while there was need to change the syllabus to make students prepare themselves for competitive exams. Hence,it was updated in 2019 lately. The faculties are well experienced lecturers for about 30 years. Behera sir is the most liked faculty as he teaches well as well as entertain students.
Placement Experience
Placement facilities are usually limited to self-financing courses. Students are suggested to attend interviews at other colleges where students are placed based on their performance and skills alongwith their academic records. In the 3rd year, students are offered internships from various industries.
College Events
The college campus is huge with moderately old infrastructure. The induction programme is conducted for the newly admitted students to introduce them to the college and their faculties. The official freshers party is given at the college in which juniors get a chance to interact with their seniors and super seniors. Various competitions like quiz,debate and essay are held followed by prize distribution and seminar.
