Remarks

My rank allowed me to choose among NIT's. My priority was to get in a good college with a good course. First choice was to choose CSE and second was ECE. Only these. I apply preferentially top 5 nits for CSE and then top 5 nits for ECE. And I got into ECE program of MNNIT.

Course Curriculum Overview

I am a first year student. So, I study Physics, Chemistry,Maths, Engineering Drawings, Computer Programming. I have not yet been introduced to my course. From 2nd year forward,I have to study ECE. Hence, no idea about modernity of syllabus. But the subjects I had studied, Physics was best taught. Every professor of physics is best there. Problem there is with mathematics.

Course Fees: INR 900000 per year

Placement Experience

Placement in my branch us good. Highest package offered last year was 49 lakh. Some students in branch opt for Mtech. So, placement percentage is justified. Jobs are there in software and hardware field. Maximum placements are in software department.

College Events

Campus Life is good. People support activities there. Extracurricular activities are there. Technical and cultural feasts are at regular intervals. Culrav is main cultural feasts. It is organised at vast level.

Campus Life

Sports facilities available, wi-fi is great, Library good, labs well equipped. Class not that great. Building are old and torn away at many spots. Now passage has been made to connect 2 campus. Otherwise, before girls and professors have to cross railway stopage.

After 6 th semester you are eligible for campus placement. Many companies are comes likes Accenture, Cognizant, Wipro, TCS, Infosys, Tech Mahindra, Cagegimini etc and they offer decent package. Highest package 3000000 and average package 400000 and profile offered as for company required. 80 percentage student get placement. Take a placement in good MNC company.

I choose this course because I want to be a software developer. The faculty are very kind and helpful. Almost every faculty member has completed there post-graduation from various established colleges. The examination scheme is a little bit slow here. Students can pass their semester exams if they are paying at least 45 per cent of their concentration.

MNNIT- A path to Bright Future

One of the important reasons for choosing this college is because of its unique and brilliant placement records. and also it is one of the best NIT in North. Basically I want a college that is not much distant from my state Haryana and should be good also and this alligns perfectly with my scenarios. Talking about the admission process, first you have to clear JEE Mains with a good rank like for CSE your rank be between 1K to 9K . If you want to take admission in this college irrespective of any branch you rank should be under 30K. But this data is not fixed , it changes every year depending on the difficulty level of JEE Mains. and then apply for the JOSSA councelling and there you can keep this college in your choice an dif your rank is good enough, you will get it.
