Remarks

It is situated in hazaribagh. It is affiliated under vinobha Bhave University.this college has had its shares of ups and downs. It is once again glorifying itself under new management and active people.

Course Curriculum Overview

The teaching quality in our college is average. There is less communication between Professor and student. But students can get their doubt clear if they contact with the professor. The timing of college is 9 am to 4.30 pm. The course curriculum is relevant and it makes the student ready for industry.

Class Size: 77Course Fees: INR 450000 per year

Placement Experience

The placements are poor and the lowest package is 2.1 Lacs. The average package is 3 Lacs. Top recruiting companies are tech mahindra etc.not good.average college.in placement. Better search for off campus

College Events

Campus life is great. collaborative groups in the college. Events took place every year.many learned faculitues and alumuni join the events. College students also participate in it.there are technical,cultural every kind of events

Wi-Fi is not installed in our college. Many books are also not available in our library. Poor infrastructure and old lab. The quality of food in the mess is average 5 days non veg and mess fee is Rs 3000 per month. No medical facility is available in our college.

from 7th semester onwards students become eligible for campus placement there are lot of companies who used to visit our campus like microsoft gives 15 to 20 offer, amazon guves 13 to 15 offer , accenture gives a lot of offer like 30 offer and many more in recent year placement 64 lpa is highest and average of 12.5 lpa they use to offer forSDE role in last year 93.14percentage of total student get placed my plan is to get a full time job as software developer

INSIGHTS OF BIT MESRA

Placement Experience:

From 7th sem onwards students are able to face placements. Comapnies such as ZS, Deloite AB in bev microsoft visa comes here and normally takes 1-3 students. The highest package may vary from 40-50 lakhs and average is 4-5 lakhs. Internships opportunities are quite low here. In chemical enginnering only till now out of 120 students 20-30 got placed including out of campus palcements. I am hoping to do mba after pursuing the degree as there is less comapny visit for core branches.

The placement cell of our college is quite active and provides internship opportunities and pre-placement offers for students in their third and fourth years. It invites reputed companies like Microsoft, Google, Amazon, Accenture, IBM, Intel, Infosys, Cognizant, Deloitte, and many more. The average package is about 12LPA and highest package is about 52 LPA. Branches like CSE offer even higher, lucrative packges.

The placement of IIT dhanbad is very good and it offers a average package of 24lpa with highest package of 66lpa this year. Also every year more than 70% students get placed in our college. Specially the core companies shows a lot of interest in our college like coal india, sail, gail, petroleum industries companies, mining companies , etc Average package of cse here is 28lpa with 90% placement rate. Average of electrical is 23lpa with placement rate of 80%. Similarly, every branch average package lies between 18lpa to 24lpa.

The placement season starts during 7th semester when various companies come to camous to recruit students. This college is an engineering college and I choose this college for a Btech degree in civil engineering. The teacher faculty is pretty well they teach us and do many practical labs. The student ratio in my class is 50:11 which means 50 boys and 11 girls in my branch. Mainly they all are DR they have dr degrees and they method is simply not like an extraordinary teacher. In my college teacher took all the exams at timely and it is not very difficult to pass
