Remarks

I chose this university because it is near ot my hometown.The college has very good reviews in our area. The college is located in salem and has a very good location and good studies. My friends also joined this college.

Course Curriculum Overview

All the faculty are qualified and have experience in their field of interest. The course curriculum is decided by the university themseleves and it has several gaps which is to be filled but the university never tried to fix it up which is totally wrong.

Placement Experience

I dont have much idea, but every year comapnies like infosys, Ramco, etc visit the campus with various job offers for students. Many students get placed in different comapnies with good salary packages. the placement cell also organises the workshops for students to sharp their skills.

College Events

In a year, various sports events take place in our university such as KHO-KHO for women, Badminton, Volleyball etc. The college encourages students to take part in various events to find hidden talents.

Course Curriculum Overview:

It deals with patient care and clinical diagnosis along with hands on training the influenced my decision to take up this course. Through ward postings, history taking and case discussion it prepares me well for my PG exams and further future pursuits. Skill based learning should be emphasised more along with small group teaching. Sometimes the close spacing of exams can be very stressful. Difficulty level is appropriate.

Course Curriculum Overview:

the course is very challenging obviously as we're studying to become doctors. it could've been better by increasing the duration of the course. our first year/ semester instead of it being for 12 months was only of 9-10 months so our portions are being pushed a little. it happened due the scam etc around neet and our course start date was pushed. the course could be made easier by increasing the duration of the course. we have exams every week which does make it easier to keep up with the portions but makes it too stressful for us. maybe instead of keeping exams on monday they could change it to saturday so we can relax and be free on sundays.

Life in CMC

Placement Experience:

The students in their internship will get around 35000 per month excluding their mess fees, they have the option to opt out of the mess. And once they finish their internship they had to do two years bond in places where the colleges allot them and the salary for those two years will be decided by the place the person goes and itll be definitely more than what they get during internship.
