I always wanted a college with multiple opportunities that Jamia Hamdard has. good faculty, environment, infrastructure, culture everything is very good here. every student and faculty member is very kind and helpful. also, the placement rate is decent and I get my choice of the stream here.
Course Curriculum Overview
The teaching environment was very supportive. The teachers were well qualified and are PhD holders they have the required knowledge. The teaching quality was very good. The course curriculum was relevant, but only a few subjects were according to industry and industry-relevant.
Placement Experience
Almost 65% of the batch was recruited in various big companies and start-ups through on-campus placements. The average salary package offered was around 3.5 LPA. TCS recruited 31 students from previous batch. All the students got an entry level programming role in various technologies. Some other students opted for higher studies.
College Events
Jamia Hamdard is a semi-government college, which organizes many events, fests in the college. Many celebrities like Pankaj Tripathi, Ali Fazal, Javed Akhtar has visited the campus during the events. Many technical events and competitions also held in Jamia Hamdard.
Campus Life
The campus is Wi-Fi enabled. Labs are good with all the required facilities available for the course. Classrooms were spacious with comfortable chairs. The library is nice with the required books and space for studying. The food quality was good. Both Vegetarian and Non. Vegetarian was available in the canteen. There is a hospital of Jamia Hamdard for medical facilities. In sports and games, we had cricket and football ground.
