Great environment to study.

Our college is a good environment to study and there is lot of experiences and great exposure to study it gave me good friends, ability to take decisions.

I have written MCA CET in year 2000 which was conducted by AP Govt and i have got 1437 Rank and in the first counselling i have been alloted hindu college, later in the second Counselling , the seats were increased in each college, i have got a chance to join RVR & JC Engg College.

The course curriculum was set by nagarjuna university and at that time, we though the course was outdated, but when we step out of the college, the course that we have gone through it was apt for the application development but Java is the growing technology at that time, and there was no much in our course about Java.

We did not have any internship at the college we don't have any campus interviews held for MCA graduates, there were some for Engg courses but not from Post graduation.

AS i have mentioned before there were no campus interviews held for MCA graduates, there were some for engg courses but not from Post graduation and i am not sure about the engg students, how many have got selected its pretty long time, and i don't remember.

Though its a engg college, the technical, cultural activities that were held for engg course are not the same as MCA there is a differences in them. we have conducted a Technical meet in our final year we have invited all the colleges in nagarjuna university region.

The fee structure is set by government and it is controlled by nagarjuna university there are only limited seats for management and rest of them are as per government set fee structure.

I haven't opted for any eduction loans, i have friends who have opted for eduction loans but i am not sure how did they get that loans.

We have 70-30 ratio of boys and girls respectively our college is located 19 away from guntur, and the college don't have hostel facility, every one has to stay in guntur, there is a limited hostel facility for girls as most of the girls opted to this college are from guntur only.

This college is located 19 KM out of guntur and there were no hostel facility, so we were forced to stay in guntur, there were College buses,more than 10 buses were used to pick students from guntur.

The college is keeping in track of the old students, couple of years back, they have send out an invitation, most of my classmates have attended unfortunately i could not make it.

The exams are prety straight forward, they are yearly exams not semester wise we have external,internal and lab exams every exam is important and all exams are conducted strictly but final year is divided into 2 segments, By November our exams were completed, and next half of the year, we were supposed to get a project work, complete it and get our projects verified to complete the final year.

They were good but as this college is engg college, the faculty stack that were there for engg are more experienced than that of MCA. We were given good facility for our course.
