Remarks

I took bachelor's in commerce honours in accountancy and finance because i love the subject and want to do MBA in finance as specialisation. Bhawanipur Education society college is a very famous college of kolkata. My friends were taking admission in college so i also applied for admission and i got a chance here so i admission.

Course Curriculum Overview

People think just because Bhawanipur Education society college is a private college there's no studies going on. But its absolutely not true. We have strict invigilation during our exams specially internals. Then we are given assignments almost every week. We also had online classes to keep us updated during the lockdown due to corona virus outbreak

Placement Experience

I don't know much about the placement of our college because i a present student but i know reputed companies are invited for placements and some of the students are even placed The alumni networking is also good. The students who have graduated from our college are still considered a part of our college.

College Events

The campus itself of Bhawanipur Education society college is amazing. The campus is famous for it's awesomeness throughout the whole city. When i took admission i was really excited to experience the campus life of this college. Also we have huge fests every year one of them is Umang. Lots of colleges take part in the fests. We have a huge crowd and an huge audience. celebrities are invited to perform.

St Joseph's college a Decent one

Placement Experience:

Placements were not there earlier. But our batch was the first one to get placement at St Joseph's College Darjeeling. To be honest It is not a college you should target if you are looking for placement. The companies were too small . The roles are way to entry level . Highest placement was around 40000 per month but it was an inside sales role so many opt out. There is not official data about placement . My plan was to look for off campus jobs.

Placement Experience:

from 3rd semester, students become eligible for campus placement. Various Jewelleries company has visited, and even companies like Google, Tata and many has visited. As per i know the highest package were in lacs per month. The college provides 100% placement. After getting the degree, I'll do masters in business administration.

Course Curriculum Overview:

I did chose this course to learn more about accounting and finance and the cirriculum prepares you perfectly for the real world. The exams were conducted very soon in few semester only giving 3 months for the students to prepare . the professors were good at teaching and somehow used to complete the syllabus

SXC is invaluable to me!

Placement Experience:

Highest package of our program has been 20 lakhs. Companies like EY, DeShaw, ITC, CESC and many others which are multi billion dollar groups were the ones which are invited for placements. Batch size including morning and evening is of 400 students and nearly 200 gets placements in dream companies. Roles of business analyst and accounting are provided and SAP is taught in our college so those who know that gets job easily.

I applied to scottish church, jaipuria college and goenka college of commerce Got confirmed from the first two but bhawanipur had the best discipline , teacherd and a smooth easy process and the best campus.it has a ragging free enviroment which is best for me . I got rejected by goenka college of commerce as i could not get their cut off marks . I applied only for besc and I entered I didn't use quota admission Minimum masks for entry be 65% in best of 4 for evening batch whereas 85% for morning batch (can be changed on the points of performance and talents) there is no age limit for entry The admission process was easy i.e fill out admission form online check name on the admission list released pay the admission fee + yearly fees submission of form in college health check up in college collect your Identification card and you are enrolled in bhawanipur education society college...Read More
