College management is good. Premises is always clean. Supportive staff.

Entrance Preview

I took CMAT as my entrance test for MMS. Now CET is the option. I liked it's infrastructure, placement, less fees, etc.

Course Curriculum Overview

3.5

The curriculum was full of many subjects and topics to learn. It has an hectic syllabus as I opted for Post Graduation. Mist of the course covered help you for even more higher education as it builds the Base in most if the streams.

Internships Opportunities

Internship was provided by college. Experience was good as it was only for 2 months. No stipend was provided during internship. This experience helped me in the year long project.

Placement Experience

Placement opportunity in this college is great as most of the students get placed. For Engineering it's a lot better. There are many options during placement with good and average package.

College Events

Zodiac is the event celebrated for 2 days. Lots of games and fun Shows to enjoy. Has a best bike exhibition which has the best bikes ever seen. Crazy time enjoy this fest. 2 days are of complete entertainment.

Fee Structure And Facilities

Fee was really feasible as compared to other colleges. Also had quotas for some categories. Really not much to spend and can pay fee from loan too.

Fees and Financial Aid

I am not aware if any such facilities as never opted but there are some other facilities. For taking loan they help in all paperwork.

Campus Life

Being an engineering college robotics is a part OF Zodiac fest. Gender ratio is almost equal. Many labs are there for the students. College supports sports. Extra curricular and other CSR activities are performed by the students.

Hostel Facilities

No hostel facilities provided at all. But students can have options to recide in nearby vicinity. As it is a residential area can go for PG's and sharing homes with college frnds.

External Expense: Rs.2000 - Rs.4000

Alumni/Alumna

Has a food alumni network in all streams and are all invited in Alumni meet head in alternate year.Helps students to build social connection for their future and know their seniors achievements.

Exam Structure

Exam structure was hectic. As had 3 mid terms and semester exam in a single sem to make a habit of having flow in what has been taught.

Faculty

Faculties had a good knowledge background and experience. Even shared their experiences for example during teaching which made understanding better. Visiting faculties were more as students can have best faculties.

My SBS Journey

Placement Experience:

During my time the first company that visited our organization was Naukri.com, and feel proud to say that i got placed in the same organization. I am very happy with my placement. But talking about my peers. Number of companies who visited to our institute was compared to low as per our expectations. Majority of the companies who visited the institute were sales based organizations. Very less companies for finance and HR field. This made a difficult call for students.

Not a dream college but a real one

Placement Experience:

The placement scenerio at our caollege can be described as average overall. Most recruiting company belong to the banking and supply chain sectors. Marketing students generally have better placement opportunities, while finance and HR students do get job, though the package are not very high. Buswiness analytics has limited scope as very few companies visit the campus for the roles in that domain.

from 2 sem you get to apply from interships and from 5th sem for placements ,i applied for only company which was tiaa one of the most biggest mnc in india who is direct compitator of jp morgan , i got a package of 6 lacks ctc per anum but the highest package was 12 lacks , the college has a policy that all student gets placed no students are left behind

Promising campus with room for better faculty.

Placement Experience:

After sem 4 we get final placement companies in the campus there are total 200 plus companies come to the campus till september to november almost 35 companies already come to the campus. The companies are ICICI, HDFC, RISHAB WORLD, INSYNC, DENSTU, ITC, BHARAT ELECTRONICS, CORDELIA CRUISE, MORNING STAR, NOMURA, NYKA, NAUKRI.COM. the highest package was given by a company name bharat electronics for HR specialization is 12 lakhs per annum. Almost in my time there 35percent get placed. I plan after degree is first 3-5 yrs in corporate lufe then after own business.

To be honest there are placements but the placements are like no one want to be there it is just something unacceptable for the HR students . The promises the long talks are all false and they doesn't focus on students future and career rather they care for just attendance

I did choose this course as I am genuinely interested in management and if it is healthcare management that makes me excited. There is a different teaching faculty for each and every subject. The faculties are highly qualified market professionals and experts who teach in an extremely interactive and practical way. They are very supportive. There was one exam conducted per semester which included projects and written exams.

Remarks:

No such bad remarks though. As the college is very superior and one can take admission with complete ease as the college faculty, staff, workers are very helpful and there motive is very clear and remarkable. This college surely helps students in grooming and enhancing skill to the top. I would definitely recommend this college to the upcoming students those who are planning to do MBA in order to achieve goals and learn quality skills.

1) I had also applied for other colleges like Thakur college and Somaiya college and I got addmission in thakur but didn't take admission as I was getting Information technology branch as a cource. As a result I took admission here according to merit list. 2) I didn't get rejected from other colleges, I choose to withdraw the admission as I wasn't getting course that I wanted. 3) Students can take admission in Rajiv Gandhi institute of technology Andheri by many different ways like merit cut-off of MHT-CET, JEE, Through Management,etc. and the process is very simple, As students have to submit their documents like 10th-12th marks sheet, adhar card, ration card, bank passbook, Merit Documents, and others depending upon the caste and situations....Read More

Well i got my name for RGIT list in the first cap round itself but i wanted a better college like spit so i tuned rgit as plan b. I didnt get rejected from spit its that i never applied for other options like mechanical in spit. I chose cs in rgit. I got admission here through spot round i got a seat in vartak cs branch thru mh cet but it was a ews seat which was cancelled due to delay in ews submission because of an error from my side. keeping past aside i would say rgit is a decent clg but try for cs or it if possible and in case you want to get thrpugh spot round come asap and for management quota u should come before cap round 1 otherwise they charge u like crazy before spot round cs seat was for 6 lakhs after spot round it was available for 12 lakhs...Read More

This college is near my residence thus it eliminated the travelling issue also as I'm a sports enthusiast I opted this college over others.
