Remarks

St.Teresa's College Autonomuous is the first women's College in Kochi city natinally accredited with A++ grade. This college is noted for its excellence in education and other cultural activities. Offering best placements to the final year students. I got admitted to the college through Lakshadweep Quota.

Course Curriculum Overview

Course curriculum is industry based. There are a lot of co-curricular activities associated with the B.com course curriculum, that includes National seminars, Inter collegiate Quiz, Workshops, Skill development programmes, Career guidance sessions, Workshops and much more. In the six semesters we have internal marks of 20 and external marks of 80 in each semester. The course curriculum is based on the choice based credit system. We have highly qualified professors in the department of commerce.

Course Fees: INR 24000 per year

Placement Experience

Placements are really good. The college offers a great opportunity to its final year students through placements. There is an average rate of 80% placements in the campus for the past years. Some of my batch mates also got placed in top companies like Wipro, Calvin & Klein, Tommy Hilfiger.

College Events

Campus life is full of events starting from the freshers day followed by campus elections, talents day, onam celebration, ethnic day, Diwali celebration, Under25stc, christmas celebration, Teresian week, fests, and the college day . These events involves huge participation of students.

Hostel Facilities

I have opted for hostel facilities offered by the college for few months. The hostel rooms are good, neat and well maintained. But the hostel food is not that good. They give us vegetarian and non vegetarian food but the taste doesnt seems good.

Placement Experience:

The students become eligible for campus placements in there 6th semester during 3rd year. The students has to score highest grades and should be capable of any skills and has to showed up in academic skills are eligible for getting placements. Sometimes the federal banks and other service centres approached the college for placing the students. The students from our department are placed in companies like( Tata Consultancy services and Accenture) . I think the highest package and average packages are around 25000. After all, my plans are degree is to getting placed in any reputed companies and further more.

The best college in calicut city

Remarks:

Our college is the best but the college have not a college bus and a canteen. The students are come to the college with bikes and cars and private bus and students are eating food from out of the college campus and other hotels.

St teresas college Ernakulam, a good atmosphere and a good social environment

Anyone who have completed 12th grade and has a aggreagate of 60% in cbse board are eligible for this course. After the cbse results are published, the admission form will be available at the college website. The fee for the admission form is below 500. The applicant should download the form and fill the necessary details and submit it online. After submission, if you are selected the management will contact you further.
