Remarks

I couldn't qualify for jee mains exam and I wanted to study in a place closed to delhi. It is one of the best private engineering college in india. This university is also globally recognised. University has many to offer like sap program where students go to other country and study there for a summester without and extra tution fee.

Course Curriculum Overview

The Amity university has its syllabus updated according to the latest trends and technology.the education here is very much practical based. You have lab for almost all subjects. Half of our lecture is taken in class room and other half is taken in laboratories.

Placement Experience

Almost all big companies come to our college for the recruitment of students. Our seniors have been placed in very good companies from college placement. The yearly package depends on how well you score in the exam conducted by the company.

College Events

Almost everyday there is an event in college. There are so many students clubs. For engineering students the classes schedule is very tight so we don't get enough time to play sports. We have to maintain 75% attendance in order to be able to sit for final exam.

Campus Life

Our campus is fully Air-conditioned and fully wifi.The sports facility is very good with two basketball courts, two tennis courts, two badminton court football ground, swimming pools etc. The lab has enough equipment to cover up our syllabus and sometimes even more.

After 6 th semester you are eligible for campus placement. Many companies are comes likes Accenture, Cognizant, Wipro, TCS, Infosys, Tech Mahindra, Cagegimini etc and they offer decent package. Highest package 3000000 and average package 400000 and profile offered as for company required. 80 percentage student get placement. Take a placement in good MNC company.

Actually I didn't research on the placement. But in college campus I saw many boards of placed students and the average package is around 4-4.5lakh per annum.and college data says about 90%of students are placed. I am preparing for both off-campus and on campus placement.

Our college offer good placement it has average placement of 11 Lpa. Highest package of 52 lpa in Google. I choose this course because I want to be a software developer. The faculty are very kind and helpful. Almost every faculty member has completed there post-graduation from various established colleges. The examination scheme is a little bit slow here. Students can pass their semester exams if they are paying at least 45 per cent of their concentration.

AMITY UNIVERSITY - GUIDE 101 FOR B.TECH

I applied to SRM chennai and got the admission letter. but i had to choose AMITY because of lack of hostel accommodation in SRM for female students. When i got there they told me they had 0 rooms for so many students. I did not get a rejection, i had to reject SRM because of lack of hospitality for North Indian people at the reception desk.
