MP PET, I scored 92 out of 200 And this colf was the best available option at that time so I had to go for it Other options were lnct, truba, tit. So i opted for sirt, but i do not regret the decision, according to the marks it was a good college
Course Curriculum Overview
It was more of a grasp and deliver rather than a knowledge based Most of the students just read 1 day before the exam and went to appear for the exam and passed also Should have been more application oriented
Internships Opportunities
No internship offered by college, no stipend. Students had to find internship on their own and no support was provided from the college and staff
Placement Experience
Placement was okay, apart from TCS, no major company visited fir BETcs offered a package of 3.16 lakhs, apart from it major companies were syntel and others were call centres offering an avg package of 2.5 lakhs
College Events
Savoir Sagar utsav It spark Savoir was a fest organised by the cs department and sagar utsav was organised by the college management. They were the only times when students could show off their skills
Fee Structure And Facilities
The fee structure is very expensiveI paid 2.5 lakh rupees approximately for my overall degree which is way too expensive according to the facilities which are offered
Fees and Financial Aid
No scholarship or loan facility is available. The only option which was available was to pay the fees in 2 instalments
Campus Life
The college life was good, but most of it was because of the people i had around me not the facilities that the college offered, geneder ratio was also ok, 50:50 so no complaints
Hostel Facilities
Our college did not have hostel facilities, so students were forced to be day scholars or rent a place somewhere else which added to the expenses of students
Alumni/Alumna
Yes, be a but more connected, thats it. We did not have any reunions planned after we all passed out. So an initiative should be taken to reunite all and share the experiences
Exam Structure
Chilled out. The mid sems which were internal were more of a formality based The sem exams were university based and a lot depended on how your writing and presentation is rather than the content
Faculty
Okay okay not that great. They were very easy going Faculty was friendly and supportive bur apart from a few none of them took that extra step, most of them were partial and lay attention only towards a particular group.
