Location was near my house and some of my friends were studying there. From the colleges in Jaipur It was a decent option. I wanted to join a college affiliated to Rajasthan University. Fees was low as compared to other colleges and I also recived 20% scholarship in 1st year and 10% in 2nd and 3rd year. Small campus but lectures takes place regularly all faculty members are there daily. Satisfactory IT lab but no free wifi. In terms of placement there is not muc.

Curriculum as per Rajasthan University guidelines. 2-3 company visits during the course duration. Course and exams are based mostly on theory. Practical knowledge depends on faculty. You get enough time in IT lab to practise on your own. Teachers are present you have any doubt or you want any extra knowledge. To clear the exams you just need theoretical knowledge. Project is part of last year where student have to prepare a project on a platform of his or her choice. Faculty members are quite friendly but no permanent faculty member. They keep changing every year. During my Couse duration faculty changed 4 times.Beside company visits there are not much industry exposure.

Placement do take place but not lucrative enough. Students maily join this college to get degree. In my batch no one got placed as there was no proper placement committee or anything. Every few students take jobs from college most of the students go for higher studies. MBA placements do take place though but I was a undergrad student so I don't have details about MBA placements. Only 3 students from my batch including me cleared the final exams. Even seniors are still giving backlog papers. No proper alumni network or any notable alumni that I know of. No entrepreneur cell.

College events take place from time to time. Manthan is an event organized by college every year in this students come from many colleges to take part in various competitions such as dancing, cooking, IT projects, short films, fashion etc. Beside Manthan college send students to take part in competitions organized by other colleges. Students can contact respective teachers and students who are incharge and represent college in various competitions.

When I took admission anyone with 75% or more get 20% scholarship. If above 90% then 30% scholarship. After 1st class topper every years gets 10% scholarship. Various banks provide education loans too.

Campus is not big. Single building there are 3 floors. Single IT lab around 30 computer systems. No free wifi is available. Library is small not many books and the books available are only course books. Novels, non- fiction etc are not avilable. No playground but underground there is a gym with some equipments, Table tenis and some other indoor games. Hostel facilities are available. Average auditorium.
