Remarks

College management is fine but there has to be a allocated playground for the students since we had to face this issue every now and then while playing cricket. Second suggestion is to provide a good physical teacher that makes students to engage in other sports activities.

Entrance Preview

I took CET examination and i got the rank of close to 31k,which was not that great to be honest. I always wanted to take up management courses rather than going for technical course, its my father who wanted to see me as an engineer so that's how i got the admission. Admission process was simple and neat with little paper work.

Course Curriculum Overview

4

It was good overall assigning some inexperienced faculties to an difficult subject will be the challenge, i had this issue but that had very minimal effect.

Internships Opportunities

I passed out from 2013 batch and there was no internship programs i had gone through. Probably they offer good stipend since i used to hear from my friends those who are hardcore techies.

Placement Experience

2

Placement is not up to the mark we had some opportunities for BPO's which normally i don't prefer to work for and we had some campus placement for those who have procured 70%+ which i was not eligible for. I think they got to give some attention on students like me who will fall between 50-60% and they should have more campus drives rather than pool campus placements.

College Events

3

Vibes sait festival ganesha festival vibes i have enjoyed each and every year, i had a chance to participate in few of them and it was good overall. Ganesha festive season is the best where all of them gathers and celebrate the festive of Gajanana with local dance, good food and devotion.

Fee Structure And Facilities

It is quite affordable, apart from VTU fee you will just have to pay a minimal fee to get the admission. And those who are from management end they have to pay a little donation to get in.

Fees and Financial Aid

I have not availed scholarship or the loan facility there was a friend of mine who comes under SC/ST and he never had to pay his year fee as 90% of the fee used to be scholarship amount.

Campus Life

3.5

Campus life was overall fine which was pleasant enough for students but some of the labs were not that equipped but the worst part was with library since there were lot of textbooks were not available from a prescribed or preferred author.

Hostel Facilities

2

I'm basically from Bangalore and the college was near by so that i did not have a chance to stay there but i used to hear from some of the students that hostel is pathetic in terms of safety, security and food. But again this was the problem with boys hostel.

Alumni/Alumna

There was no problem with the students in my batch or the juniors but yes i used to hear some of the rumours from mechanical dept end which did not impact anything towards me.

Exam Structure

It is VTU that decides the whole examination structure. I feel there is lot more to improve in VTU, there is lot of confusions with the way of correcting papers and the revaluation structure.

Faculty

4

It was fine the faculties had years together experience in teaching and most importantly they had that friendly environment which engages any engineering student to not to drop out.
