Course Curriculum Overview
As it is a private university so the course keeps on updating as per the needs of the industry. Yes, I was provided with corporate environment when I was got internship from campus in Bajaj Finserv where I dealt with marketing of investment products.There are various faculties who are good enough they are Vanita Joshi, Prakash Pandit,Ajay Kulkarni, Rati rani, Madhi Iyenger.
Internships Opportunities
I got internship in Bajaj Finserv, an NBFC and waa working as PSF.I was offered 15K per month. The process included GD and PI.
Placement Experience
There are various companies that come onboard such as IDFC first,it came with a profile of Collection manager and offered 8 ctc. The placement process is very smooth and the capable student definitely gets placed.An alumini of IBS is working in Bajaj Finserv who came to recruite for placements and then he decided to hire sone interns also from college He took 8 interns and gave 15 k stipend per month. IBs has very good relations with alumuni.
College Events
College conducts 2 fests in a year that agman when the freshers join and konflux at the end of 1st year.There are numerous events which helps the students to work on their skills. In konflux participants from different college come and enjoy in the fest. It also celebrates festivals in much happening way. There are different clubs like Markophilia,Kautilya for finance,Synergy for HR, parivatan, Tarkash for sports, Corporate connect,rotaract etc where students work and get exposure.I am working with markophilia and placement cell where we get an opportunity to interact with corporates.
Fees and Financial Aid
The college provides the scholarship in the form of how good you are at academics.So the students who have 7 cgpa and above get amount of 3000 to 5000 as a reward in every semester. This boost the morale of students and they give their best to achieve it.
Campus Life
Its pretty good. College is equipped with wifi,centralised Ac, library Facilty, sports room to refresh your mund in between the classes. There is a music room where you can go and play instruments to lighten up your mood.
