Remarks

I choose this college because of its faculty and teaching skills. Faculty is very good and supporting (especially mechanical engineering). The skills they have is very good, proficient and understandable to the students. I have opted for mechanical as i always have interest in this field.

Courses of Rtu are good and up to date with outside world. Faculties are the best among other colleges have. This college is quite good for faculty as well as courses. Skit is known for its strictness as no except final year student can go outside the college without any permission.

Placement of this college is good if you are student of CS and IT Branch. If you are a student of mechanical or any other branches then you have to compete well as not so many companies visit the college. Companies that visit are Infosys, cognizant, pinnacle, genus and many more.

Campus life is great. There is a main festival or event that holds by the college is pravah. Most awaiting event for all in this college. This event attracts so much attraction from inside the college as well as outside it. Anyone can participate in this event.

Campus infrastructure is good,as there are 5-6 individual building of branches. Other facilities like sports, wifi are good too. Library is big and mostly books are available there. Lab is furnished and have accessible equipments.

Placement Experience:

Placement are decent in my point of view as college manage to provide campus placement to every eligible students as company ask for your Overrall grade point of the student and apply their standard as 6.5 ogpa or without any backlog and take exam of aptitude and it is based on company policy they take group discussion and then personal interview and if it is software company then coding rounds also. Students in7th semester are ready for placement. In current scenario 6 companies have visited the campus and around 40-45 offers has been given to students. Here each company come with only one package and different job roles some company came with 5.5 lpa and some with 5 lpa and some with 7 lpa so maximum till now from college is 7 lpa and average till now of placed students is 5.5 lpa. 60 percent of students get placed in past years stastics. My plan is to go for higher education ie mtech from good institution.

The placement of my college are good in electrical and mining branch the placement are very good while in other branch the placement is decent in this college many companies are visited like vedanta etc. many good companies are come here the 60 percent students are placed every year but in mining and ee the placement rate is almost 100 percent my plans after getting degree is to go in very good company with very good placement

Each year in seventh semester placement companies visit college for taking students. In mechanical engineering Vedanta and Secure meter come for taking students. The average placement of this college is seven to eight lakhs and highest placement is twenty two lakhs. The best part is the placement in core companies. The average placement CGPA REQUIRED FOR PLACEMENT IS SEVEN CGPA.
