Remarks

I wanted to do Chartered Account Course along with my degree. St.Teresa's is a prestiguous institution to do my graduation from. And the college and Department of Commerce have special provisions for students studying professional courses during their graduate degree. So St.Teresa's was the most comfortable option for my career.

Course Curriculum Overview

Course curriculum for B.com is pitty much easy. The syllabus is well structured that all concepts are covered within that small span of time. There is interships and Live project to make the curriculum more job oriented. The faculty of our department are indeed a blessing to us, they are a great source of motivation and support.

Course Fees: INR 24000 per year

Placement Experience

For students who wish to join a company to start up their career, these placements are a golden opportunity. Students from our batch got placed in Wipro and Calvin & Klein. The top companies like Deloitte, Wipro, Cognizant Solutions, Sutherland and Amazon visits the campus.

College Events

Campus life in St.Teresa's is filled up with cheers of lots and lots of events happening throughout the academic year. There is a 2day orientation programme compulsory for all the ug and pg first years. Then we have the campus elections and the elected panel of union members holds all the other events in the college. Teresian week is the huge event held every year. A week of celebrations, energy and competition.

Placement Experience:

The students become eligible for campus placements in there 6th semester during 3rd year. The students has to score highest grades and should be capable of any skills and has to showed up in academic skills are eligible for getting placements. Sometimes the federal banks and other service centres approached the college for placing the students. The students from our department are placed in companies like( Tata Consultancy services and Accenture) . I think the highest package and average packages are around 25000. After all, my plans are degree is to getting placed in any reputed companies and further more.

The college is well known for inducing skills to students holistically. The facilities work very hard not just to complete the course but to make students fully aware about the subject matter. There is no political influence found in this college.

The best college in calicut city

Remarks:

Our college is the best but the college have not a college bus and a canteen. The students are come to the college with bikes and cars and private bus and students are eating food from out of the college campus and other hotels.

St teresas college Ernakulam, a good atmosphere and a good social environment

Anyone who have completed 12th grade and has a aggreagate of 60% in cbse board are eligible for this course. After the cbse results are published, the admission form will be available at the college website. The fee for the admission form is below 500. The applicant should download the form and fill the necessary details and submit it online. After submission, if you are selected the management will contact you further. Then you have an interview where the management and the head of the department will ask you certain questions which are very easy to answer.
