Remarks
The institute is placed in one of the best locations in the city. The college is known for having connections in the industry and getting students decent placements along with recommendations. The course also helps to achieve a greater position in the career.
Course Curriculum Overview
The curriculum is very updated. The subjects include all the streams of MBA i.e. Marketing, Finance, Sales and Operations. Along with a compulsory foreign language, we also get weekly visits to companies where we get hands on experience.
Placement Experience
I’m not aware of the placements committee completely as I haven’t been placed yet, however from past students experiences, the placement committee has a rule of expecting the offer within a limited amount of time and if an individual fails to show up for interview rounds, they get disqualified from further interviews.
College Events
The cultural festivals differ for different MBA streams. Paragana is the annual fest for management, to the best of my knowledge. The MBA departments have own committees within their speciality. NMIMS has a lot of inter collegiate festivals which involve sister colleges.
Campus Life
The classrooms have a modern look, with spaced desks that are easily seen from lecturer’s view. The library includes digital as well as physical information. The academic and industrial information is made easily accessible with the help of teachers too.
