I always wanted to be a doctor thats why i chosen BHMS. I didn't get enough marks to get a mbbs seat that's why i chosen BHMS which was my second preference. This is a govt. medical college which is affiliated to University of Delhi. Fees is not so much high, in the last year every inteen get stipend of 20k per month.
Course Curriculum Overview
Yes, I'm getting enough industrial exposure. Faculties are so good and experienced. They are strict but they are so helpful. Dr.gaurav jain is so good and polite. Most of the teachers take regular classes but some senior teachers have busy schedule due to meetings and all. But they give their best . All the teachera have cracked the upsc and all are post graduates.
Placement Experience
There is no placement cell. You have to search for a job on your own. You can open your clinic or try for higher studies or can go for a private sector or government sector, it's all depends on you. No medical college will provide you a placement.
College Events
The biggest event is AAROH which helds for 5 days every year in December.It includes cultural events where students can participate in various competitions like drawing competition,debate,rangoli competition, singing,dancing etc.There is sports fest too, where you can participate and go for inter college competitions.College also hold teacher's day and farewell party.
Fees and Financial Aid
Fees is too low there is no requirement of scholarship. But if you still want you can apply for it and have to do lot of stuff just for 1-2k scholarship.its better to save your time and consume it in study.
Campus Life
There is volleyball court,sports room where you can play table tennis. Library is so good and all the labs are well maintained and air conditioned.Classrooms are also air conditioned and enough large for 100 students. There is no wifi in college till and there is no canteen ,no playground. There is a attached hospital to it from where you can get practical knowledge and to take a case study if patients.
Hostel Facilities
No there is no hostel for ug students All india students have to manage on their own. You can take a pg nearby it. And rest of the students can take pg or they can do up down daily to reach their college. College has a hostel only for post graduate first year students.
