Remarks

Best College in Patna that is autonomous . Infrastructure is awesome and faculty is aslo very qualified. Since I am a commerce students from 12th so chose B.com Because I am intrested in Banking Ssc and other competitive exams. Also, here holistic development is there and extra curricular activities are encouraged.

Course Curriculum Overview

4

The course is very nicely dealt by the teachers and students are given assistance whenever needed but the fee is quite too very high as compared to other colleges i.e 80000 whereas in other colleges it's low. Here it's high because it's a private college.

Internships Opportunities

LGBT Community internship. The duration is 1 Month but now extended and is having no stipend in it. The Non Profit Organisation name is Dostanasafar. No stipend based internships are povided.

Placement Experience

2.5

Placement system is not so good and package is very low as compared to the fees. Placement cell is there but that also seems not to function well and not big companies visit and even if they do, the package is still very low.

College Events

4.5

No ragging is there. Seniors are very helpful. I won many prizes and participated in many activities and the college organised a lot many activities on a regular basis. Many Inter college activities are also organised on a regular basis.

Fees and Financial Aid

Rs.12000 scholarship to 75 students for meritorious but poor family background named as Platinum Jubilee Scholarship and various other scholarships are there like the University topper scholarship. And for loan facilities, Student Credit Card is made where students can apply and get help from government.

Campus Life

4.5

Very nice infrastructure with well equipped library and equipments in lab and also sports is encouraged. No phone is allowed in the campus so wifi not needed. Also e-library is provided and a hygiene maintaining canteen is there.

Currently not many as Bihar hardly have industries but our college has made some connections and therefore those industries come for placements. However only 30-35% students are placed and not many as of now.

Course Curriculum Overview:

Curriculum needs to focus on what you can do with information rather than the information itself. I wouldn’t eliminate content, without background we cannot form good, rational, and educated conclusions. We are still giving timed tests in math facts! I know that’s traditional, but it just isn’t as important. My era had no calculators and we needed to be proficient at paper and pencil solutions, but now, perfect calculations are available to everyone. We should focus on what kinds of problems can be solved with mathematics. Spelling is equally less important. Vocabulary should be stressed. My sister years ago was taking a test for a personal assistant position where she was asked to type a large number of words per minute error free.

Nothing influenced me yet i just have to go for it because of my graduation . Yes they prepare you good enogh for the rat race you are gonna do in coming future . The curriculam is a joke they will put information today and you have to get today only . I would suggest some of the rules and regulations should be maintained by the staffs and students even with teachers. Exams should in such manner no student can atleast face problems regarding admit cards and can cheat . there is no difficulty in in mid one but final one .

Course Curriculum Overview:

I would rate the B.Com curriculum at LNMU around 7.5/10 for relevance and coverage. I chose this course because it included all the important commerce subjects needed for government exams, higher studies like MBA, and basic professional courses. The syllabus builds a good theoretical foundation, but it lacks practical exposure like Tally, GST or real industry projects. Teaching methods are simple and could be improved with more modern, interactive approaches. Exams are held twice a year and follow predictable patterns, so the difficulty level is moderate. With notes and regular study, most students clear them easily.

Big 4 and some manufacturing companies who have large scale accounting are the ones who have partnered with college to get them the real workforce for their organisation. A lot of girls from our college who secured jobs from campus have helped the college build network and make sure every year maximum girls are placed from campus.

Course Curriculum Overview:

Firstly the college doesn't prepare students for the real world. Teaching methods of the teachers are okay but it doesn't help in the real world competition. No extra curricular activities are held for students. College gives enough time for preparation for the examination. Anyone can pass easily in this college.
