There was no entrance examination. Admission occurred through common counselling of all gujarat engineering college based on merits of 12th science.

Course curriculum was fantastic and upto date with all other colleges in India. It was properly framed and designed in such a way that student learns through fundamentals every year.

It was of 3 months and there was no stipend given to me. I did my internship from GTL Ltd. a telecom vendor. I learnt many aspects of telecom there.I had gone for on site training as well.

For our stream i.e. Electronics and communications, there was no job placement from campus but for other streams like Mechanical, Production, Electrical, Civil there were many companies that took campus interview.

There were many technical events, many cultural events as well that were organised during my 4 years of study. Unfortunately I dont remember the names of that events but they all wer organised very well.

It is a governamental college so fee structure was very much feasible. It was Rs. 1500 per year for male student and was free for female student. Apart from these there were examination charges of 350 or 400 at every semester which every student needed to pay.

The college is linked with some canadian college as well some other foreign educational institutions and provide scholarship to some students for their masters based on their merits during engineering.

Campus is very huge. Workshops for all streams are very nice and in plenty enabling student to learn each and every student individually. There is a huge ground for outdoor activities like cricket and such games.

The alumni section is excellent. We are in constant touch with each other and with professors. We also visit college every year if happen to be to aid professor in any possible way. We help student in getting job after their studies are completed.

Exam structure was like all other colleges. We had VIVAS and practicals before theoretical exams. Theoretical exams were arranged in a way that there is a gap of 1 day between all subjects leading to student getting prepared well for the same. There were external faculties that took VIVA exams.

Faculty were very good. Though not very much expert but yes they were able to deliver right thing at right time and made sure that every student is clear about the concept.
