Remarks

The college doesn't have a high donation fees as like other colleges for this course. The facilities are very responsible. I opted this course as I love to study about drugs and medicines. We can also be aware of all the medicines and it's mechanism of action in our body and other factors of the medicines. First of all you should be interested in biology and chemistry. They are the main subjects included in this course.

Course Curriculum Overview

4

The course syllabus is updated daily if there is any updations provided by the University (JNTUA). To be honest, they won't provide enough industrial exposure and there is no enough things and stuffs that are necessary for lab procedures to do experiments. Some of the facilities are good. My favourite facility is HOD of pharmacology, Sreedhar sir.

Placement Experience

0.5

There is no any placement offers in our college. You have to find a job yourself after the course. In India, there is not much opportunities but abroad you can find many opportunities for this course which is equal to that of MBBS doctors.

College Events

1

There is only 3 programs for the college. Like fresher's party, pharmacist day and farewell party. No other extra curricular activities are included. Campus Life is not much good. For the pharm.D students there is no graduation ceremony too. That's a big loss for the students of this college. Sports like throwball, cricket, and coco are there but its only before the day of fresher's party.

Campus Life

2.5

Being honest to the review, there is no proper sports facilities. There is WiFi network in the campus but not for the students. Library is of big size but the books to refer is not enough and library doesn't have any cleanliness. Labs don't have enough equipments for the experiments.

Hostel Facilities

0.5

Do not choose the college hostel. It's a mess over there. The college hostel is mixed with nursing students of the same institute. More over you can't use phone outside of your room. Inside room you should be careful because if anyone finds you are using the phone you won't get it back. The phone will be taken out by the coordinator of the nursing college as she is the incharge of the hostel too. There is hygiene and cleanliness in the toilet area. You will definitely vomit if you go there. The food is not at all good. We can find a bunch of hair from the rice and other food items. For the phone charging there is only 2hours allotted in the evening time and there are monkeys in the hostel surroundings. Monkeys can take away your phone while charging as the charging boards are outside of your room. No plugs are inside of your room.

Course Curriculum Overview:

The specific aspects of the curriculum that influenced me most is the course provide me with the doctorate as it is a 6 year course it help me to learn new things in medicine. We also visit hospital ward for rounds which helps us to prepare for real world application. The teachers should improve learning ways to shift to board method and the exams would be only once a month. The timings of exam should be increased so that the difficulty level can be reached
